Great location, the newest hotel near boardwalk. Parking is extra ($20 currently), but at least it is in a secure gated basement. Great clean rooms, front desk staff was super helpful. Would come back again!

Nicely renovated, very stylish and clean hotel. Pool and pool bar are very cool. Dogs of any size are welcomed (treats provided during Friday afternoon complimentary wine time in lobby - nice tough on both counts!!). Complimentary morning coffee is also available in the lobby. Hotel staff were terrific - friendly, professional and efficient! Late 2 pm checkout (Bonvoy Gold) request was honored, even though hotel was fully booked. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and choose this hotel again!!

Great staff, good location, and renovated. We went another family and we were all pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was great. They got us rooms together and proceeded to give us some beers for staying with them. Hotel is a 10 min walk to boardwalk. The rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Bathroom nothing special but functional. Little patio to hang out along side a small putting green. This is not a high end Hyatt but if you are looking for a good value hotel, this is one is hard to beat.

We booked this trip 3 months in advance and showed up to a hotel under construction.. they stated they were renovating the rooms which in theory sounds amazing.. we asked why it was not noted on their website or the guest were not notified of this, their answer was well, we didn’t know you were coming(again reservations for 3 months prior) Renovations is an understatement to what we arrived to, but again GREAT location and hey , we’ll get a updated room .. well we’re we wrong, attached you will find pictures of not only what we drove up to find but the room itself… and believe me, I have stayed in some questionable places. THESE ROOMS WERE HORRIFIC… smelled clean like pinesol was used but… wow even the clean smell could not make up for what we found. We decided that there was NO WAY we were staying and was told that we could not get a refund for that night because we didn’t cancel 3 days in advance.. we eventually got a refund through Orbitz after a long battle because the hotel refused to refund. That being said, words can’t describe the shape of the room so, please see attached pictures of what they considered an acceptable room and make your own option.. but don’t say you weren’t warned!!! Btw front desk was very friendly so that’s a plus.

The place was neat and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Rooms are neat and freshly clean. We arrived Friday night and the front desk guy named Jordan was helpful and professional. I asked for a couple of favors and he was helpful enough to make it happen. We will be back next time when we are in the area!

Great location, very close to the sea. Shopping is convenient, it is a good location with culture and scenery. Looking forward to the future and the opportunity to stay again. The Chinese food downstairs is good... There are homeless people nearby, so you have to pay attention to children.
