We were taken care of very well including a airport pick up and drops. The manager and the people at the reception were very sweet and always helped. The buffet breakfast was good and surprisingly featured one Indian dish ”Upma and chutney”. I loved the spread and all well placed. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the lulu hypermarket and Al Salaam mall.

The room was reasonable but I would expect a kitch area for an apart-hotel but there was none. Room was reasonable but shower only without a shower curtain didn't help. There is NOT a restaurant, only a menu for food to be delievered to your room, or can be eaten in a very small area with tables at one of the hotels (there are two seperate units within 50m of each other). There are lots of fast-food outlets nearby with no seating available, so again it's really eat in your room! Okay for people staying with this in mind but not really suitable on a business trip.
Symphony Style Kuwait A Radisson Collection Hotel

We recently held a corporate meeting at Symphony Style Hotel, attended by the vice president, managers, and executives of Alghanim Industries. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a professional event. The valet service was notably slow, and the venue itself was not clean. Essential materials, such as flipcharts, were either missing or dirty. There was no one stationed outside to assist, requiring me to repeatedly call Jemellie, who had to contact her team, highlighting a clear lack of coordination. Additionally, lunch arrangements were disorganized, with half the attendees directed to the elevators while others used the ground floor, causing unnecessary confusion. One of the assisting staff members was particularly unprofessional and loud during the meeting. His behavior, including irrelevant comments about knowing everyone present, was inappropriate and detracted from the event’s focus. This meeting was meant to reflect a high standard of professionalism, but the venue’s shortcomings, from miscommunication to unprofessional conduct, hindered its success. This experience did not align with the expectations of hosting a corporate event at Symphony Style Hotel.

This is certainly one of the strangest hotels I've visited. The room was genuinely filthy. I realise when hopping from Bahrain, Qatar or the United Arab Emirates that standards visibly drop when entering Kuwait, however, such is no excuse for what I saw in my room. It was the 14th floor, so the corner window with views over the sea was appreciated, though the clump of hair on my sheet and other hair visible through the translucent pillow case was quite disgusting. The bed size menu has a previous guests writing scrawled over it and the carpet was black from years of stains and damp. The carpet had also not been vacuumed and was littered with hair, paper and food stains. The general vibe of this hotel is imminent closure or refurbishment. I think the ownership realise that its golden years are over. My reservation provider has a note on the website stating that this hotel will be closed from October to May 2025, though this was denied as incorrect by the staff. The staff were pleasant and friendly enough though, and indeed, the price I paid was low for Kuwait and breakfast was included with a large selection of foods and especially healthy options too (though much was from days past). Additionally a free airport shuttle was also included, though there was some issues with this upon my arrival. I have no issue with used and aging furniture and amenities, though filth represents poor management. Even the shuttle van had trash everyone inside it which would take seconds to clean... Yes, for the price paid, irrespective of the dirtiness of everything - it is still good value and that's why I've issued 3/5. The location is also good. I would still recommend It as a value budget option, but I do not consider this a 4 star hotel at all.
