This was by far the best hotel experience during my trip to Suzhou, highly recommended! It offers excellent value for money, seamlessly blending traditional Suzhou architecture and landscapes – every corner is a picturesque view. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly helpful and even upgraded my room to a suite for free. The room's facilities and decor were impeccable, and even the corridor leading to the room offered beautiful scenery. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable, and the room's cleanliness was top-notch. I even tried some local noodles at Rui Mian, which were quite tasty. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Suzhou.

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible value for money! I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but it completely exceeded them. The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. While the room isn't huge, it has everything you need and is spotlessly clean – they really pay attention to the details. The hot water comes out quickly, and the AC works great. For this price point, the quality you get is truly unbeatable!

Arrived by train after 10 PM and just wanted to find a close place to rest, and the hotel turned out to be surprisingly good! First, it's incredibly close – literally three minutes from the high-speed rail exit to the hotel. They upgraded me to a deluxe room upon check-in, which was spacious and beautiful; my child absolutely loved it. They even provided slippers and toiletries for the little one, showing very thoughtful and attentive service. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the fish soup wontons – so fresh and tasty!

Our stay at Jinling Hotel this time was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our wonderful suite butler! Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. When I wanted to order some Jinling glutinous rice cakes from Meiyuan for a late-night snack, she immediately helped coordinate and even kindly reminded me about how cold food tastes – so considerate! She also clearly and meticulously explained the complimentary laundry service, making the rules and steps easy to understand. She was incredibly patient. During our stay, we truly experienced the charm of Jinling's cuisine. We lived comfortably, ate to our heart's content, and everything was incredibly convenient. Choosing the right hotel really makes all the difference! Our 'fairy' butler was gentle, professional, and responsive. She promptly addressed small requests and expertly handled larger matters, providing an immersive service experience from start to finish. Next time I'm in Nanjing, Jinling Hotel will definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Facilities: The overall facilities in the room are quite new; it doesn't feel like an old hotel. The bathroom has a separate sliding door and is separated from the bed by a wall, which provides good sound insulation and privacy. There's a full-length mirror. The hairdryer is very powerful. Service: During the May Day holiday, they offered a short fireworks display in the evening, which was very impressive and significantly enhanced our stay. The greeters at the main entrance were very welcoming and helpful with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a buffet with a rich variety of dishes. Environment: The hotel's public areas are very beautiful and upscale. There are also accompanying dining options, which is convenient. The front desk mentioned that Jichangxuan (a restaurant) requires guests to queue in person, but it would be better if in-house guests could make phone reservations. Drawbacks: ① The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. While it didn't cause a major issue, it was definitely present. ② The room doors are quite heavy, and opening and closing them makes a loud noise, so you can hear other rooms' doors. ③ The disposable slippers were of average quality, with thin soles that weren't non-slip. Every time I stepped onto the small ledge in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable.

Andor Hotel is conveniently located near the subway entrance, within walking distance of Shantang Street and Guanqian Street. It's well-equipped with a gym and a self-service laundry room, making it ideal for business travelers too. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the large TV supports screen casting. The rooms have a minimalist design, and complimentary beverages are provided, offering great value for money. The lobby boasts a stylish design and the service is excellent. The environment is beautiful with fresh air. Five-star rating!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the city view from the room is fantastic. However, it is an older hotel, so the facilities are quite dated. Things like dim lighting and the elevator not showing the current floor are understandable. But the service was really subpar. It was advertised that they have robot service, but all food deliveries had to be picked up from a locker downstairs. What exactly is the robot service used for then? Also, toilet paper wasn't replenished in the bathroom. My booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included, and I had even double-checked it on the platform beforehand. Yet, when I went to the restaurant, I was told my room type didn't include breakfast. I had to call the front desk to confirm, and the result was still no breakfast. So, is this a platform issue or a hotel management problem? Honestly, this was the worst service experience I've had in years.

The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. The room included breakfast, and I highly recommend the douhua (tofu pudding) – it was delicious. The location is also fantastic; you can walk to Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, and Suzhou Museum, as they're all close by. The high-speed rail station and subway are also very convenient, though a taxi might take about half an hour due to traffic. The hotel itself has a beautiful garden-style layout, complete with dining options and Pingtan (Suzhou storytelling and ballad singing, depending on availability).
