The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. "the location is superb, near to Forbidden City attractions. walking distance to Wangfujing malls as well. our family bedroom is very spacious. love it so much, everyone is comfortable and we feel like home. the staffs are very friendly, from the cleaner to the receptionist. we also go complimentaey 1 carton bottles of water coz i asked for it! a true happiness, indeed 😀 it's unfortunate there is some construction going on while we were there, esp at the Level 8 foyer area and surrounding the building as well. quite an eyesore view. nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay there. no regrets at all!"

"The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk processed my check-in quickly and provided thoughtful service. They were not only warm but also incredibly accommodating, making guests feel right at home. They even upgraded me to a large suite for free, which had excellent amenities, and I had a great night's sleep. When checking out, the young ladies and gentlemen helped me with my luggage and even chased after my bus; their attitude was enthusiastic and incredibly kind! The breakfast was also fantastic, delicious and diverse. Especially the chef making the wontons – not only were the wontons tasty, but he was also very kind and friendly. Thumbs up! Thumbs up! "Booked through Trip.com, I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson Beijing Daxing International Airport. The hotel's location is excellent with incredibly convenient transportation, and it's very close to Beijing Wildlife Park. The lobby has a strong artistic flair. The bed was super comfortable, and the bedding and linens were pristine, clean, and felt brand new – absolutely delightful. The front desk staff showed exceptional professionalism and service-mindedness; every employee greeted me warmly. The entire hotel staff was incredibly enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, making me feel right at home and very cozy. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had fantastic water pressure, making for a very comfortable experience. Check-out was simple and quick, with no waiting for room inspection. The hotel offers seamless WiFi coverage. Breakfast was extremely rich and delicious! The executive lounge dining was superb, with excellent food. It's truly a top-notch choice for a vacation or holiday. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to my friends."

"I honestly regret booking this place. The problems started with the bathroom, which was already a nightmare. There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area, like something wasn’t cleaned properly or there were drainage issues. The shower was even worse. The water wouldn’t drain at all, so within minutes it started pooling and flooding the entire bathroom. It actually overflowed out into the room, which is completely unacceptable. I had to stop showering just to deal with the mess.But the worst part? I discovered what looked like bed bugs on the bed. That was the final straw. There’s absolutely no excuse for something like that in any hotel. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried about my belongings.Between the smell, the flooding, and the hygiene issues, this was easily one of the worst stays I’ve had. But the worst part? "The room was clean and incredibly quiet despite being close to the airport – absolutely no noise. The Cantonese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel serves outstanding food! 👍🏻 As Hongkongers, we were absolutely blown away by the authentic Guangzhou-style soup. The Peking duck, roasted pigeon, and braised platter were all incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it to any Hong Kong friends staying at the hotel. There's a 24-hour free shuttle bus to Terminals T2/T3 too! 👍🏻"

"I chose this hotel for my layover because it offers airport pickup and drop-off, and the price was very budget-friendly. After landing, I contacted the hotel for the pickup, and they gave me the driver's number. The driver told me to wait inside Gate 5 on the first floor of T3. About 23 minutes later, someone came to Gate 5 to pick everyone up. On the return trip, we picked up another group of people at T2. It took around 20-something minutes to get to the Blue Bay International Hotel. The staff at the hotel lobby were very welcoming and quickly got me checked in. A staff member even brought some snacks to my room. The room was standard, newly renovated, and quite clean with a separate wet and dry area. The bathroom thoughtfully provided toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes. The slippers weren't disposable but were marked as disinfected on the packaging. The drinks in the room were complimentary. The bedding was also clean. Breakfast was good; hotel guests could enjoy a full meal for just 20 yuan, and there was a wide variety of options. Excellent value for money! It's perfect for those with layovers or early/late flights. Overall, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. I will definitely stay here again for future transfers!"
