"This hotel is an investment by Singapore's Temasek Holdings, and it attracts a good number of international guests, especially from Singapore. The overall environment of the hotel is quite pleasant, feeling almost like a garden. However, there are some shortcomings: 1. The lobby, both in terms of overall size and the front desk area, is very cramped, leading to overcrowding and noise. 2. Among the front desk staff, some colleagues are very dedicated, like Jane, who, despite appearing new, is very conscientious. However, another young man, Jerry, seemed to lack patience. 3. In the rooms, the air conditioning's cooling performance was only average. 4. For a foreign-invested hotel, all the English 'Guest' signs in the elevators were misspelled. Overall, the hotel's location is decent. However, it primarily caters to group tour clients, and the attention given to individual travelers seems to be a bit weaker. I hope to see improvements in the future."

The Kimpton BAMBOO GROVE SUZHOU by IHG is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Kimpton BAMBOO GROVE SUZHOU by IHG offers a pleasant stay in Suzhou for those traveling for business or leisure. With Suzhou Railway Station just 6km away and Wuxi Shuofang Airport only 45km away, transportation is very convenient. Being just minutes away from Nanyuanbeilu Metro Station allows guests to explore the city with ease. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Fengmen Cross Street, Keyuan Garden and Laurel Park all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Suzhou hotel offers parking on site. When it comes to Suzhou hotels, the Kimpton BAMBOO GROVE SUZHOU by IHG is highly regarded for its excellent facilities. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"As a seasoned traveler with extensive luxury hotel experience (having stayed in nearly a hundred and being a 'Black Diamond Partner'), this was my first time trying the Kimpton brand. My main reason for choosing this hotel was my strong interest in Kengo Kuma's concept of a 'granular structure' Suzhou garden landscape, and I wanted to experience it. The result, I must say, far exceeded my expectations. On the night of my check-in, it was a stormy evening. Under the interplay of wall washers and granular lighting, a beautiful rain curtain formed over the classical eaves. Coupled with the white noise, the quality of sleep significantly improved, and the ambiance was just right. My choice of the 'Cool Garden Water View King Room' was an absolute highlight. The room was spacious and airy, blending the elegance of Suzhou gardens with modern minimalist design. The attention to detail in the room's amenities, a testament to HBA Interior Design, was evident and far surpassed what one would expect at this price point. The room featured a Serta mattress, a capsule coffee machine, and custom-scented bath amenities (available for purchase at the gift shop). What's more, the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion each had a unique scent! This is a significant step up from most luxury brands that often offer a single citrus scent across the board. The first round of mini-bar drinks was also complimentary, and it's worth noting that the selection featured unique local specialties like 'Wang Shanzha' (hawthorn drink) and white peach soda, rather than just standard colas, showcasing a thoughtful integration of local flavors. Of course, the impeccable and attentive service is a must-mention in this review, easily comparable to (if not surpassing) the butler service at domestic St. Regis hotels (where butler service often isn't 'in-person' unlike in Europe or other Asian St. Regis properties). Our butler, Vickey, proactively added me on WeChat before check-in and was consistently responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Whether I was inquiring about hotel facilities, nearby attractions, or had any spontaneous requests, she responded instantly and resolved them efficiently. The hotel's location is also very convenient, nestled in the old city of Gusu – a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle – making it easy to access attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden and Pingjiang Road. From the top-notch hardware to the warm service, this stay was flawless, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Suzhou."

It is home to the "Two-Diamond" Black Pearl-rated restaurant Quyuan Teahouse and the "One-Diamond" restaurant Shan, offering guests unparalleled culinary experiences. The property also boasts a range of premium facilities, including a 50-meter standard hot spring swimming pool, the elegant Lanpu Teahouse, a scenic gym, and a Chinese traditional-style travel photography studio, catering to guests' comprehensive leisure needs. We go beyond providing mere accommodation, striving to create an immersive living experience that integrates Yangzhou's regional spirit and carries forward its millennia-old cultural heritage. Every moment spent here is destined to become a cherished urban memory.

"What a fantastic vacation experience! Over four days and three nights, we got to try out buildings 9, 2, and 8, each with its own advantages. My personal preference, in descending order, is 2 ≥ 9 ≥ 8. First, let's talk about the courtyard room in building 2. What I loved most was waking up to lush greenery right outside my window. I could step into the courtyard in my pajamas and soak in nature. Even when it rained, there was no need to worry about not being able to go out; there were tables and chairs in the courtyard perfect for quietly watching the rain. It truly maximized that relaxed, vacation feel, ideal for unwinding and recharging. The facilities weren't old either; I found them perfectly fine. Next up is the suite in building 9. It's spacious, featuring a living room, bedroom, study, and two bathrooms. The Chinese-style decor felt grand and expansive, and the garden views from the window were also excellent. It would be very comfortable for a family. Since there were only two of us, we didn't need such a large space, which is why I personally preferred building 2, though building 9 was indeed great. Building 8 is the newest and most modern. It offers breakfast (which 2 and 9 don't), and it was quite good. The window seats in the restaurant also boasted amazing views. They even provide complimentary bedtime snacks (again, something 2 and 9 lack) and you can choose hot milk, which was a very thoughtful touch. The room quality was also higher, with Bulgari toiletries, Evian and Nongfu Spring bottled water, and better quality disposable slippers and mattresses. However, my personal priority for a resort hotel is the scenery, so building 8 ranked slightly lower for me. For those who prioritize room quality and service details, this building is definitely worth considering. The overall landscaping and service throughout the hotel grounds were excellent. Before coming, I wondered if people were exaggerating when they said you don't need to leave the hotel for a vacation, but after experiencing it, I realized it's true. Staying at the Yingbinguan is perfect for a low-energy, lazy person like me who doesn't want to wake up early for itineraries or battle crowds at tourist attractions. Beyond the hotel, everyone we encountered in Yangzhou – at attractions, restaurants, and museums – was incredibly nice. Thank you, Yangzhou, for giving us such precious travel memories. We'll definitely be back for another vacation!"

"Booked an executive room, got upgraded to a deluxe suite, both the space and the view were satisfying. Had afternoon tea at the executive lounge once; the desserts were pretty good, overlooking Haizhou District from the 41st floor. Also tried the buffet dinner once; it was generally average, nothing particularly outstanding. The room itself didn't feel old, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a positive review. Will consider staying here again next time I visit Lianyungang."

"The location was directly at the tourist attraction very convenient. Hotel amenities are great, love the Dyson hair dryer and the hot water dispenser save time to boil. A very warm feeling staying in tte hotel as they will serve evening drink into our room and on the check out day they packed us a small bag of titbits which elevated the whole staying experience that they care for every guest. The staff were very friendly and polite, have to give special credits to 小海 and the 小姐姐 at the front desk whom served us on day 1. Despite my endless questions, they still patiently attended to me. We stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好,值得回来再住。五星级的设施,四星级的价钱。

My friends and I came here for a relaxing vacation, and it was a fantastic experience. In the mornings, I enjoyed a refreshing walk along the lake. During the day, my companions and I played ball on the sports field, passing the time pleasantly. The guest room had an excellent view, and the balcony offered a superb sightseeing experience. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring I slept very well. The evening activities organized by the G.O. were relaxed and fun, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was quiet and elegant. Angel Raina provided professional and attentive service. It was a brief escape from daily琐碎, and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. I came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert. The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

I’d call this hotel a ‘soul-healing pod for city dwellers’ ✨ At first, I was just drawn in by the gentle vibe in the pictures. It's funny how you just know when something's right – the moment I clicked on it, I thought, 'Yep, this is the one.' But staying here turned out to be even more therapeutic than I imagined. When I checked in, the front desk guy upgraded my room, and my heart melted the moment I opened the door to that scenic balcony. The evening breeze in Suzhou recently has been as soft as cotton candy. After a shower, I sat on the balcony, just zoning out. No mosquitoes, no traffic noise, just the night sky and the occasional cool gust. At that moment, I felt like a leaf that had been ironed flat 🍃. I also have to rave about the wellness programs here! The sound bath with singing bowls was my little nightly treat; the sound rippled through the dark like a brain massage. The oxygen chamber and the Xiaoyu therapy bed were my 'sleep switches' – the second time I lay on that massage bed, I just drifted off... The therapists tailored the treatments to my physical condition; it wasn't a one-size-fits-all routine. I truly felt 'seen' and 'cared for.' Even on a solo trip, I felt completely at ease. Although the hotel is in the city, the soundproofing is like another dimension. It’s super close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Guanqian Street, and Pingjiang Road. Delivery food was available whenever I wanted it; I could even summon nearby Suzhou-style snacks with a click. One day, I ordered all three meals for delivery, and the front desk guy even offered to bring them up to my room – seriously, their thoughtfulness made me want to give them candy 🍬. Mini-bar, fruit, and a nightly 'goodnight soup' were all provided daily. It was pure bliss. I initially only planned to stay for two days, but it was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another night. After three days, my shoulders and neck felt relaxed, and even my breathing had slowed down by half a beat. I think I'll be back. Not just for that evening breeze, that bed, or that delivered bowl of Suzhou mung bean soup, but also for the gentle 'I hope you rest well' look in every staff member's eyes here. Whether you're alone or with someone, this place will gently embrace you. 🌙
