"I stayed for several days and absolutely loved the Hong Kong Hop Inn. It's my top choice when traveling with kids! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The biggest advantage is the size of the rooms! In Hong Kong, rooms ranging from 30-60㎡ here are simply heaven. The rooms are very new, with a modern minimalist decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom features Kohler fixtures. There's also a coffee machine/coffee capsules, USB charging ports, and other thoughtful details. Charles Lee at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly, and provided professional service 👍. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful ❤️, making us feel right at home – it was truly great! I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😍"

Guests can enjoy stunning views of Victoria Harbour from the upper floors of the hotel, as well as charming views of Hong Kong Island, Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Lei Yue Mun night view. The 31-storey hotel offers more than five hundred modern and stylish rooms and suites, each equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a variety of convenient room facilities.

"the internet connection is really good and the room is bigger than the ones you normally find in HK. Except if you go for the real expensive hotels. A very negative aspect is the location though. Far away from the next metro station. Don't follow the instructions you get from the worthless Google map. These ****** in Google will make your life a misery. The best way is the following (as also shown in the attached photos): -take exit A -turn right towards the footbridge -head straight to the stairs. Notice, for the exit there are no electric escalators! -turn left until you arrive at the next traffic lights - turn right and after the second traffic light the hotel is on your left hand side. Another useful tip, if you need to go to the airport , you're better off to take the bus. A22 or A29. Is closer to the hotel."

Located close to the Causeway Bay MTR station, The Charterhouse is within walking distance of the Jumbo Sogo department store and a number of bars and restaurants. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and the shopping options near Central are also just a short cab ride away. Rooms at this Hong Kong hotel have a homey feel and offer LED TVs, safes, mini-bars and central air-conditioning. The Charterhouse's signature "S Floor" rooms, suites and studios feature more contemporary designs, rain showers, signature beds, personalized service and numerous other designer touches. Free Wi-Fi is also available in guestrooms. This hotel houses a number of dining options which serve a la carte and buffet meal options, as well as a bar and lounge.A fitness center can also be found on-site.

"Hong Kong hotels are known for being expensive and small, so for this location and price, it's actually quite a good deal, offering decent value for money. The only downside was the cleanliness; I had to clean up a bit on the first day, especially the toilet which had a lot of stains. It might be a new regulation in Hong Kong not to provide disposable toiletries, as I saw a notice when booking, so we brought our own toothbrushes and toothpaste. The location is between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, though it wasn't for our specific destinations. On Hong Kong Island, we usually head to Hennessy Road to catch the tram, which can take you to Central, Sheung Wan, and Sai Wan. For Kowloon, the Wan Chai and Causeway Bay MTR stations are nearby. You can also walk ten to fifteen minutes to take the Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui. For the airport or the Hong Kong Port of the HZMB, the A11 bus stop is a ten-minute walk away. Coming from the airport or HZMB Hong Kong Port, the A11 stops on Hennessy Road at D'Aguilar Street, and it's a five-minute walk to the hotel. SOGO, Times Square, Hang Lung, and several other malls are all within a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it's quite convenient."

Recreational facilities include a fitness room, the Regal Club lounge and reading room, a nightclub, spa and sauna and beauty salon.

"1. The location is excellent. It's just a few minutes to the Science Museum and History Museum, and about 10 minutes to the Avenue of Stars. It's only one subway stop from West Kowloon, making immigration very convenient. There are many eateries near the hotel with reasonable prices, and the surrounding environment is quite pleasant, with a large plaza right downstairs. 2. The staff were polite and had a good service attitude. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and no deposit was required. 3. The room was clean and hygienic; I stayed for several nights and felt comfortable. The housekeeping auntie was very responsible. 4. Regarding online comments about the hotel facilities being a bit old, this is understandable given the hotel was built in the 90s and has a bit of a dated feel. Aside from the toilet flush button being a bit stiff and the water pipe connected to the toilet making some noise after each use, there were no major issues. In summary, this hotel offers one of the best value-for-money options in Tsim Sha Tsui."

After a multi-million dollar renovation, the Nathan Hotel reopened with a fresh, new image. Located among the hustle and bustle of one of Hong Kong's major shopping, entertainment and nightlife districts in Kowloon's Jordan area, this Hong Kong hotel is also conveniently accessed by an array of transportation networks, including the nearby Jordan MTR Station, giving guests access to Hong Kong's rapid transit rail network.The Penthouse Restaurant serves up Chinese cuisine and guests can enjoy their favorite drinks along with an Indonesian ambiance at the Bali or explore Old and New World wines in the Nathan Cellar.A business center is on-site and available to guests for any type of conference or event.Guests looking to keep fit can visit the state-of-the-art fitness center free of charge.

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations. First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan. Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience. Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked. My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay. The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory. The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation. The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs. I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay. I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter."

Booking a hotel can feel like a lucky dip, and you can't always rely solely on the review section. I saw a lot of negative comments when I booked this place, but I thought the price was reasonable and the location was great, so I decided to go for it. Turned out, the whole experience was a delightful surprise – practically a perfect score! 😍 First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to the busiest area of Causeway Bay, yet surprisingly quiet because it's next to the library and Victoria Park, which is their sports park with tons of soccer and basketball courts. It offers an open view and a peaceful environment. Downstairs, there are Ding Ding tram stops and various city bus stops, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The MTR stations (Causeway Bay and Tin Hau) are a few minutes' walk away, but after staying there, I realized that's not important at all. Buses are actually much cheaper and more convenient than the MTR, unless you're going somewhere very far. There's really no need to insist on taking the MTR. Even when we left with our luggage, walking those few minutes to the MTR didn't feel far at all. Secondly, the staff's service attitude was excellent. The front desk guy saw I had two kids and upgraded me directly to a larger bed, and on a higher floor too! That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. From the window, there was a beautiful sea view of Victoria Harbour! 😀 I didn't experience any of the common complaints like slow elevators, probably because my family tends to go out late and come back late. All in all, I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

To celebrate our anniversary, the hotel upgraded my city-view room to a racecourse-view room. The racecourse view was magnificent, and I imagine it would be even more exciting on a Wednesday race day. Due to environmental considerations, you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but you can also buy them at the hotel for a very reasonable $1. Regarding the location, you need to use the underground tunnel from the hotel entrance to reach Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, which takes about ten to fifteen minutes.

This hotel is located in Tuen Mun. It's very convenient, taking about 30 minutes on the A33X bus directly, with no transfers needed. The room had everything we needed. The lobby is spacious, and even late at night, there were young people gathering, giving it a trendy vibe that I really liked.

I took taxi from the airport ($HK 215), and thought oh my gosh, where is this hotel!!. Simply because the narrow curvy endless mountain roads for at least 30 minutes. Taxi took me as close as possible to the hotel but still had to walk to the hotel reception. I could immediately feel the humidity and no elevator to the 3rd floor was surprise, a friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage. The real gem and country side became my favourite thing on the second day. The second day gave me a true peaceful mind and relaxing breeze when I jogged around the village. If you want to relax and get away from crowdedness from city, please visit here for at least 3 days. Not much choice for food so take a day trip to big Budha via ferry - this was the fav thing i have done in Hong Kong, i found this way better than my stay at Tsim sha tsui & central. You can see thr clouds covering mountain top, misty, and herd of cows. Beach swim is a bit of question mark here. You can experience real country side and see another side of Hong Kong.

My stay at Two MacDonnell Road definitely lived up to its reputation. Located in Mid-Levels, it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle; it was incredibly quiet at night, with no city noise from Central at all, allowing for a very comfortable sleep. The room was much more spacious than most Hong Kong hotels, laid out like an apartment with a small living area and a basic kitchenette. There was plenty of space to spread out my luggage, making for a very relaxing stay. The view was a definite highlight. From a high floor, the expansive city and greenery views were stunning, both day and night. The staff were also polite. However, there were clear downsides: transportation isn't very convenient. It's a bit of a distance from the MTR station, so getting around mainly relied on taxis or the shuttle bus, which could be a bit troublesome when returning at night. The soundproofing was also quite poor. Overall, it's a great choice for those seeking peace and quiet, comfortable accommodation, and who aren't planning to rush through tourist sites every day. It's well-suited for business trips or short stays of a few days. If extreme convenience is your top priority, you might want to reconsider.

We stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with a group of 4. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transport, attractions, and plenty of great food within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having a bathtub to relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Royal Plaza Hotel again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10, but I'd give it 100! It's right by the subway entrance, making travel super convenient. The two guys at the front desk were incredibly kind and patient. I even lost my room card, and they didn't charge me anything (last year in HK, I lost a card at another hotel and had to pay 200 HKD 🥹). When I extended my stay, they not only remembered me but also gave me a small gift – so touching! The A/C was already running when I entered the room. The best part is the incredibly reasonable price; it was more comfortable than a place I stayed at before that cost over 3000 HKD!
