"Room: Very new and comfortable, excellent! Environment: Great, very clean, and surrounded by a ton of affordable and convenient supermarkets and snack shops. Shuttle Service: Excellent, wake-up calls, and timely pick-up/drop-off, no need to worry! Service: Fantastic, both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies were very enthusiastic! Overall, I think it surpasses a four-star hotel. I highly recommend it in every aspect! 👍👍 They even gave a small gift upon checkout, the animals in the courtyard are adorable, and you can see planes flying overhead. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the entrance is a bit narrow, but it's nothing major!"

Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
Just minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport, the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel (Beijing Shoudu Jichang Xierdun Jiudian) is also only 15 minutes from the New China International Exhibition Center. The spacious rooms at this convenient Beijing airport hotel come with high-quality sound-proofed French windows to keep the noise of overhead engines at bay, and with four restaurants serving distinctive Chinese regional cuisine as well as classic Western and Asian dishes, the Hilton Beijing Capital Aiport Hilton has something for every taste bud. There's the relaxed 360° Restaurant featuring fine food, live cooking stations and all-day dining and My China, with its classic Beijing, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Those on tight schedules will appreciate this hotel's proximity to the airport and the 24-hour live flight feed displayed on screens in the hotel lobby.

"It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10."

"Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too."

It is not only an efficient travel stop, but also an ideal starting point for exploring Beijing's ancient capital culture.

"Two years later, I'm back at the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. It wasn't until I saw the airplane model in the lobby that it clicked: Donghai Airlines, The Langham Shenzhen, and Cordis Donghai are all under the same ownership. No wonder they share the same prefix! Of course, as a guest, the owner might not be the most important thing; it's the management company and their level of professionalism that truly matters. The Cordis brand ensures that the management and service here will never disappoint. It's the same friendly atmosphere, warm service, and exquisite food. I was particularly impressed by the staff I encountered in departments like the Front Office, Concierge, Ming Court, and The Place all-day dining restaurant. A special thank you to Front Office Manager Serena, Front Desk Manager Jessie, Duty Manager Lock, Assistant Director of F&B Tom, Ming Court Manager Terry, and The Place Restaurant Manager Anson, among others. Their dedication and guest-first approach truly made me feel the warmth and professionalism of Cordis. Cordis Donghai is definitely worth another visit!"

"This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help."

Hotel near Jinsong and Panjiayuan Area,Beijing
The hotel is a designer type hotel, the design utilizes the concept of “modern bones, natural clothes, oriental soul” for the overall design planning. In the chaotic and impetuous times, through the understanding of life, believe that people belong to nature, superimposed on the Oriental culture teaches us the design principle of less is more, and ultimately through the hotel carrier to euphemize the expression of the return to a healthy, real, natural state of life. The hotel is located in the core area of the East Third Ring Road in Chaoyang District, adjacent to the China World Trade Center, with extremely convenient transportation, only a 10-minute walk from Jinsong subway station.

"The room was spacious, clean, and refreshing, with a great environment. The location was also easy to find, and the service was very attentive. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free! No exaggeration, this is the best and most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a particularly wonderful experience, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing. Seriously, highly recommend!"

"The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. The room was extremely clean and the air conditioner worked very well, which is very important if you come to Beijing in the summer. The hotel is very close to the subway and attached to a mall. This makes finding things you need and getting around very easy. The cleaning staff are so sweet. We asked for help with putting a Chinese hair pin in my daughter’s hair and they stopped their work to help with that. Not everyone speaks English but they all have translation apps on their phones to help them and us if needed. This was our first time in China and we would stay here again!!"

The hotel's location in the CBD is super convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is quite new, and while the rooms are a bit small (which is common for prime city locations), they are very clean. It would be even better if the breakfast had more variety. I was traveling with my daughter this time, and the customer service staff were all very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it offers great value for money.

Location: The hotel is about a 5-minute bike ride from Liuliqiao subway station, which is quite convenient. Service: The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They even upgraded my parents' room for free, considering their sleep, which I really appreciated. Overall: I would highly recommend this hotel at this price point. The location is great, though the facilities are a bit old, which also somewhat matches the hotel's style. This was my second visit, and the bellhops, public areas, and restaurant staff were all incredibly warm and proactive. However, there are two minor points I'd like to mention. First, during check-in, I was staying for two nights and wanted a higher floor. The front desk told me that my room type was only available on the 4th and 5th floors, and the 5th floor wasn't ready yet. To get a higher floor, I'd have to pay extra. Last time I stayed, they proactively upgraded me, and since the hotel didn't seem busy this time, I was a little disappointed not to get an upgrade (though this is purely my personal feeling; they aren't obligated to give me a free upgrade). Second, after checking in, the bellhop was very proactive, pushing my luggage to the elevator. However, as we approached the elevator, the bellhop saw two or three people waiting and gestured for me to wait. We waited for a minute or two until they got into an elevator and the doors closed before he guided me to press the elevator button. This made me quite uncomfortable. Based on the situation, I felt like the previous group might have been high-ranking hotel staff, and it was the first time I've ever been held back as a guest to let higher-ups go first.

I've stayed at the Manlan Hotel a few times for business trips, and the service and environment are consistently good. It's super convenient as the Line 17 subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. Every time I check in, they thoughtfully prepare a welcome gift; this time it was matcha mochi pastries and sour plum juice. The other snacks and drinks provided are also quite varied. Manlan recently launched a new membership card, and the staff kindly guided me on how to use it when I checked in. The vouchers included can be used for booking rooms and at the restaurant, and there are points that can be redeemed for services like face masks, aromatherapy, or foot baths, which is really practical.

It just so happened to be my ID card birthday on the day of check-in, but I didn't think much of it. After checking in, I went out for some food. When I returned late at night, my daughter immediately noticed something different as soon as she entered the room – the hotel had sent a birthday cake, balloons, and beer! I was really surprised; I didn't expect the hotel to be so thoughtful. I really want to thank the staff member who delivered the cake that day, and thank the New China World Hotel! It turned out the next day was my ***** birthday, so we enjoyed this delicious treat after midnight. Thanks again! 🙏

The main draw of this hotel is its unbeatable location and rich historical background. However, for a four-star establishment, the facilities are outdated, soundproofing is poor, and there's a musty smell. The service attitude is good, making it feel like you're paying for the location and getting the stay thrown in. It's suitable for travelers who prioritize proximity to the Forbidden City and are willing to compromise on accommodation quality. It's definitely not for those seeking modern comfort or who are sensitive to noise and odors.

We were on a family trip to Beijing with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old, plus my in-laws, before catching an afternoon flight to the US the next day. We stayed at the Artyzen Habitat Beijing Dongzhimen. It’s hard to find a family-friendly hotel in Beijing that offers a prime location (only 25 minutes to Capital Airport by car, 5 minutes to Sanlitun, yet very quiet and safe at night for a good night's sleep), while also providing ample space, comfort, and excellent service. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Spacious and Well-Equipped: In such a prime downtown area, the rooms here are incredibly large. The design is modern and stylish, the beds are very comfortable, and there’s a small kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. We booked connecting rooms, and the soundproofing between them was the best we've ever experienced in any hotel. Previously, we’ve stayed at the JW in Dawang Road or the Conrad in Sanlitun, but those hotels feel quite outdated, as if they haven't been renovated in a long time. The Artyzen, however, feels exceptionally well-maintained, as if it just opened recently. Prime Location, Quiet Retreat: We had an afternoon flight to the US the next day and needed to be at the airport for check-in by 8:20 AM. We left the hotel at 8:00 AM and arrived at Capital Airport in just 24 minutes – the location is truly super convenient. The night before, we drove to Sanlitun for a family dinner, and it only took five minutes. The hotel itself is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, allowing us to get plenty of rest before our 13-hour long-haul flight. Thoughtful and Detailed Service: The front desk staff and all service personnel were extremely warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth. The housekeeping staff, noticing we had children, even specially folded cute little animals out of towels, which delighted the kids! Highly recommended for all families traveling to Beijing with elderly parents and children, whether for vacation or a layover!

Staying at the Legendale Hotel with my children was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel's European-style decor is grand and appealing, the environment is quiet and clean, and the room hygiene is impeccable. The beds were soft and comfortable. The front desk and service staff were all gentle and thoughtful, paying attention to small details. Overall, it felt luxurious yet welcoming. This stay was wonderful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

The hotel is made in a Chinese style, it is quite dated, yet everything is in good condition. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast buffet is more than good for this price, European dishes available. It takes around 18 minutes on foot to get to the subway station, a bit far for me, but you can take a bike to ride there. Everything was good and the price is reasonoble. The only thing I didn't like is that the water in the shower was barely warm.

Upon checking in, Miss Zoe at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. She was patient and polite throughout our conversation, very efficient, and took the initiative to explain the hotel facilities. Her attention to detail showed thoughtful service, and she was serious and responsible in addressing guest needs. She's an excellent front desk staff member! 👍
