Hotels With bar in Illinois, United States

"All the receptionist are very friendly and smiling face. There is one popular shopping mall Target nearby walking distance of 15 mins. The spread of the bf do not has much choices but acceptable. The hotel is nearby the airport, you can see the flight landing from far."

"Every time I go to Chicago, I stay at this hotel the day before departure. It is very convenient because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. In addition, the hotel is close to the airport outlets, which is very convenient for shopping. There is a food court on the first floor of the outlets. Going there to eat a bowl of noodle soup is really wonderful for Chinese stomachs, hahaha In short, it is good and recommended"

"Easy access right off the interstate and plenty of traffic lanes to handle the tons of vehicles passing by. The foyer always smells fresh and clean - I love that. My linens were super crisp and clean and the room was in excellent repair. The bathroom was awesome AND CLEAN!"

"Very good, very American style, no hurry, feel very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast at the American hotel was basically the same, the egg sausage waffle small pastry, coffee milk cocoa, and the bag is hot."

"I booked one night here for a layover in Chicago. The hotel offers a free, continuous shuttle service to and from the airport."

"At first glance, this seems like a fine hotel, but our stay was very disappointing. The floor above our room was extremely thin and poorly insulated, making every step clearly audible. Unfortunately, there were dogs running back and forth almost constantly, which meant we got virtually no sleep during our stay. While the hotel itself is decent, the lack of soundproofing makes it very uncomfortable. For this reason, I cannot recommend it."

"Best Red Roof I've ever been to!"

"Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious."

"The service experience of the whole Trip.com is very extremely poor; help the boss customer book the hotel, the front desk informs the room that there is no payment, and the customer credit card who swipes the card directly; half a month later, the credit card money was completely deducted; fortunately, I took the accommodation order and could explain it clearly; Contact Trip.com and ask me to provide a certificate. After finally finding the certificate, I experienced three consecutive days of phone contact from different customers. The matter was still not resolved; Trip.com I didn't explain from beginning to end why the money didn't pay the hotel, and I didn't explain how to compensate. What is the reason for compensation? As a result, my company could not be reimbursed, and the money could not be refunded; the check-in and booking experience was very poor throughout the process; as a loyal fan of Trip.com , I was really disappointed; First of all, there is no timeliness in handling complaints, and it is not clear what the customer wishes. Different customer service calls are bombed in turn, and none can be patted; second, from beginning to end, there is no error in which link, and no compensation according to the breach; Obviously, for customer capitalism, we can't retreat if we don't live, there is no room for moderation; but Trip.com is wrong, I'm sorry to solve it, and the double standard behavior of our own revolutionaryism is extremely bad! Originally thought that he was a platinum customer, the complaint will be handled more timely, but there is no difference at all, so there is no difference between ordering Trip.com , Tongcheng, and Encore, no matter your membership level is high or low; Therefore, it is recommended that you do not put the dishes in a basket, if there are cheap ones, you can find cheap ones, and the expensive ones may not be good. If there is a problem, it will avoid the weight, and the compensation that should be borne will not be responsible for itself; The customer service also said: Why didn't you call us at the time Trip.com , we will deal with it immediately, meaning that the customer did not contact you is you are wrong, the responsibility is with you, hearing this is really fainted on the spot; The time difference between China and the United States, I booked a hotel, and I have to pay attention at any time. I can't pay attention to it. I have to be on duty 24 hours a day like Trip.com employees... How can this customer service be on duty... Commission Trip.com Earn, you have to do things, you don't do it is your fault! To the extreme!"
