I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean.
Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door!
Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

Oh, my check-out date for this Wuhan hotel kept changing. I originally planned to leave for Changsha on the 6th to enjoy the food, but I ended up being so exhausted from exploring Wuhan – walking over 10,000 steps every day. After some thought, I decided to cancel my Changsha trip, stay an extra night in Wuhan to get some good rest, and then head home early 😂! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's a short drive to pretty much everywhere, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to reach any destination! And I absolutely love Wuhan's food!
There's so much to eat, I couldn't try it all: cold noodles, BBQ, crispy dumplings, Leng Ji braised delights, stir-fried lotus root strips, and those矮子餡餅 (a type of pastry) from Jingzhou, just to name a few. For the BBQ specifically, you don't even need to seek out those super popular online spots; just find a BBQ joint downstairs in a residential area, and the food will be great without the long queues!
I do have one suggestion: regarding parking, every time I left the hotel, I had to report my license plate to the concierge. This is quite inconvenient. Wouldn't it be easier for both sides if they could authorize parking for the duration of the stay?

The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

The hotel boasts an excellent location on the banks of the Yangtze River in Yichang. Opening the curtains reveals a breathtaking view of the river and mountains, which is truly refreshing. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry/wet separation, making it clean and tidy. The bed is also comfortable and clean, ensuring a great overall stay.
The hotel service is particularly noteworthy, with every staff member being warm, professional, and attentive. A special thanks goes to Zoe, who provided meticulous and thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out, patiently answering all our questions. We felt truly at home and this added many wonderful memories to our trip.
Whether for a vacation or a business trip, the Wyndham Grand Yichang is a highly recommended choice. Next time I return to my hometown of Yichang, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family!

The room was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The vanity area was a nice touch, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary bottled water. Taxis are easily accessible nearby, and it's a short ride to various city center attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. Despite ongoing road construction on one side of the hotel, there was no noise at night.

The hotel's location offers views of the light show on both banks of the Yangtze River. Check-in was quick, and I even got an upgrade to a partial river view room. The room service was exceptionally good; you could really feel the care put into the daily cleaning and tidying of the room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time.

Great location, and the butler proactively contacted me to arrange some fruit in advance. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a lively area with popular spots like luxury brand stores, crayfish restaurants, lotus root soup, and other trendy eateries. The afternoon tea was also fantastic, and the service was excellent. Plus, the view from the window was beautiful!

It is very convenient to be next to the highway. There are supermarkets nearby. The hygiene is good, the hardware is good, the refrigerator is very convenient, the room is soundproof, and the curtains are especially light-blocking.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

Wwangyi103The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!

The elevators operated smoothly, and floor indicators were clear, making going up and down very convenient. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring great privacy.

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—allowing me to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating, with precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter the season. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample shower pressure, and stable water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, and the counter was clean and spotless, making it very reassuring to use.

AAtroWe had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service.
The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free.
The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious.
The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available.

AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price.
Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new.
Hygiene: Excellent.
Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful.
Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.
