Excellent and beautiful hotel in the heart of Brunico, fantastic location, clean and perfect rooms, tasty furnishings, abundant and varied breakfast, kindness and hospitality in the reception, The only new one of the Mirko reception staff who is not brilliant and available as others have created me some problems with his behaviour and how he manages customers, I think he is also a little racist.
