On your birthday, they give you a small cake and congratulate you, which is very nice. There was also a performance by a man and a woman who sang songs in many languages. The entire voyage lasted two hours in total, and to be honest, it went by super quickly. The food was also delicious: a variety of seafood, sushi, desserts, and Thai dishes. Overall, it was fantastic!★

Nothing to complain about - haven’t needed to contact customer service so unsure on that. Had signal most of the time, even in the middle of the sea when travelling from Krabi to phi phi!★

Generally satisfied, except that the hotel is not OK and too far from the city. Chinese food is really unpalatable. Although I have no hope for it, I still can't eat it. Vehicles and tour guides are OK, but the arranged attractions are not the characteristics of Qingdao. Next time, it’s better to travel freely.
