The itinerary was a bit tight, but the weather was great for taking photos, the tour guide was enthusiastic, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend taking a road trip if you have the chance.

The problem is the opening hours; it's impossible to visit both lakes in one day, even with summer hours, so it's a bit expensive for just visiting one lake.
