Villas in Perak, Malaysia

"Had a really pleasant stay here in early August! The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. The room was also clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. The staff were very helpful, nice, and friendly throughout our stay. There are only two facilities — a swimming pool and a gym — but that actually makes the hotel feel more peaceful and less crowded. With only 22 rooms, it was very quiet and comfortable, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but overall, it was still a great stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay! Would definitely come back again. 😊"

"Title: The Ultimate Fun Villa! Non-Stop Entertainment! ★★★★★ Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people. Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise! This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories."

"Friendly host, minimalist design, nice arrangement for check in and check out process"

"Clean .. Suitable for families"

"Amazing property with great amenities provided beyond expectations like Conway water filters hot & cold. Karaoke, game machine, lots of activities for family bonding. Towel supply is great too, what needed improvement, it’s a huge villa, so 2 person to clean is definitely not sufficient to enable us to check in at 3pm. Also pls ensure water heater is in working condition in every single bathroom for guests stay. This had inconvenienced us. Thank you."

"The host was very proactive and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The house is spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it."

"The most unique feature of this guesthouse is its over 100-year-old Malay cottage, which even retains photos of the original owner. Walking up the stairs is quite interesting. However, the house is entirely wooden, with many gaps that can't be sealed, resulting in a large number of ants and flying insects. The garden offers opportunities to pick oranges, rambutans, and eat durian, which is quite interesting. Its location is only suitable for those traveling by car. The service was somewhat disappointing. When there was no hot water at night, I called the manager, and he dragged his feet, making over a dozen calls before finally sending someone. The efficiency is nowhere near that of places in China. Also, she took some photos of me and asked if I could access the internet. I said no, please send me the photos. She verbally agreed but never sent them, and I don't know if her photos were even shared online."

"Our family had a great time and enjoyed staying here. I asked all family members, all said ok and it was fun to sit here. Staff was also very friendly & provided good cooperation. house is clean, comfortable & suitable for family activities. The house is close to amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets & close to the main road so mmg happy and bnyk convenience. The area is mmg large and comfortable. Only 1 thing is x brp best because the room outside is not equipped with a toilet so you have to go into the house. I'm really sorry mcm I'm the one who always wakes up at night to go to the bathroom. The swimming pool is clean because I have set a pump for cleaning the pool ... which is good so it is comfortable to swim"
