"The service was excellent, and the front desk staff was nice, but I have to say it was a terrible experience. I booked two rooms, and one had a broken door lock (see the video below). I called the front desk and they said they'd move me the next day, but no one showed up (probably because it was self-check-in and they were responsible for our pickup). The other room was even worse. It suddenly rained heavily, and we were outside in the rain, but the key card demagnetized and wouldn't open. Several people were standing outside in the rain. My phone went unanswered, and even after I told them the password, it still wouldn't open. I finally had to climb through the window to open it. No one in charge came to address the situation, and I called repeatedly without success. There were also a lot of bugs, even with the doors and windows closed. I don't know why. The towels were damp and smelly, and not clean at all. There was a very steep slope at the entrance, making it difficult to navigate up and down, and the navigation was inaccurate. Overall, aside from the lady and driver who showed up to pick us up, I was completely dissatisfied. It was over 500 yuan a night, not worth it.
