"Traveling with 4 adults and 1 child, the apartment was clean and tidy. The check-in office at the complex entrance was easy to find; a taxi drops you right there. After checking in, the staff helped us move our luggage to the shuttle and drove us directly to our building. For daily travel, Didi (ride-hailing) picks up and drops off right downstairs, which is super convenient. The apartment itself has a great view and is very spacious. The sofa bed in the smaller room was perfect for me and the baby, so I didn't have to worry about them rolling off the bed.
The swimming pool within the complex deserves a special mention – the scenery is absolutely stunning, and it's never crowded. The beach was also nearly empty, feeling very natural and secluded. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Qingshuiwan food street. If you have a car or rent an electric scooter, getting around would be incredibly easy. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied."

"Our first stop in Sanya was this Mountain & River Villa, and it was the perfect choice! It's super close to Phoenix Airport, so we could check in right after landing, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage, especially with elderly family members and kids.
The private villa we stayed in had its own massive pool with crystal-clear water and beautiful scenery – every photo looked like it was from a resort magazine, instantly setting the perfect vacation mood! There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better!
The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. Plus, it's really close to Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), making it super convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our experience was fantastic – I wish I could stay for a whole month!"

The location is excellent. Our store is about a 4-minute drive from Yalong Bay Beach. There are a variety of villas and bungalows and apartments in the store. The rooms are fully equipped and the surrounding facilities are convenient. All facilities in the rooms are carefully laid out and arranged, including air conditioners and wardrobes, to meet your stay needs. Can add to the warmth of home. The room also provides you with free bottled water on the first day, slippers, hairdryer and 24-hour hot shower. The hotel provides private swimming pools in villas and large public swimming pools in bungalows and apartments for use, which can wash away the tiredness and fatigue of the hotel guests after a day's work. The hotel has 24-hour front desk consultation and butler service. Attractions around Yalong Bay and the seaside are just a few minutes away. Our butler can explain them one by one and guide you to each attraction. The hotel provides Sanya Phoenix Airport pick-up and Sanya Station pick-up services for guests staying there. Guest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

JaymaxfizzleI enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water.
The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen.
