"Traveling with 4 adults and 1 child, the apartment was clean and tidy. The check-in office at the complex entrance was easy to find; a taxi drops you right there. After checking in, the staff helped us move our luggage to the shuttle and drove us directly to our building. For daily travel, Didi (ride-hailing) picks up and drops off right downstairs, which is super convenient. The apartment itself has a great view and is very spacious. The sofa bed in the smaller room was perfect for me and the baby, so I didn't have to worry about them rolling off the bed.
The swimming pool within the complex deserves a special mention – the scenery is absolutely stunning, and it's never crowded. The beach was also nearly empty, feeling very natural and secluded. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Qingshuiwan food street. If you have a car or rent an electric scooter, getting around would be incredibly easy. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'm very satisfied."

"Our first stop in Sanya was this Mountain & River Villa, and it was the perfect choice! It's super close to Phoenix Airport, so we could check in right after landing, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage, especially with elderly family members and kids.
The private villa we stayed in had its own massive pool with crystal-clear water and beautiful scenery – every photo looked like it was from a resort magazine, instantly setting the perfect vacation mood! There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better!
The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. Plus, it's really close to Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), making it super convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our experience was fantastic – I wish I could stay for a whole month!"

"The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! The direct sea view is incredibly therapeutic – watching the ocean every day really lifts your spirits. We stayed in Building 3 for three nights, but couldn't extend our stay there, so we moved to Building 2 for another three nights. The 17th floor in Building 2 was superb! It's about a 20-minute walk to the duty-free shop.
Swimming in the downstairs pool was so much fun; I loved watching all the happy kids splashing around every day.
Atlantis Waterpark is just a pleasant 7-8 minute walk away.
The cleaning service was very thorough and responsible.
Compared to a regular Airbnb, a serviced apartment like this has the added bonus of daily cleaning, which is great.
Everything was perfect except for the slow internet connection. I hope it's better next time I visit!"

The location is excellent. Our store is about a 4-minute drive from Yalong Bay Beach. There are a variety of villas and bungalows and apartments in the store. The rooms are fully equipped and the surrounding facilities are convenient. All facilities in the rooms are carefully laid out and arranged, including air conditioners and wardrobes, to meet your stay needs. Can add to the warmth of home. The room also provides you with free bottled water on the first day, slippers, hairdryer and 24-hour hot shower. The hotel provides private swimming pools in villas and large public swimming pools in bungalows and apartments for use, which can wash away the tiredness and fatigue of the hotel guests after a day's work. The hotel has 24-hour front desk consultation and butler service. Attractions around Yalong Bay and the seaside are just a few minutes away. Our butler can explain them one by one and guide you to each attraction. The hotel provides Sanya Phoenix Airport pick-up and Sanya Station pick-up services for guests staying there. And exclusive free parking space, waiting for your visit!

We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff."

Guest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

Guest UserThe hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are great and meticulously clean. The service is also excellent, offering great value for money overall. Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided very thoughtful service, making it a highly recommended stay. The hotel offers a wide range of children's activities, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a blast at the pool. The staff at the kids' club, Ali, was warm and enthusiastic, and the water quality was very clean. Overall, it's quite good with comprehensive facilities. The hotel's greenery is also excellent.

Guest UserTraveling with the kids during the summer vacation, we checked into the Pullman's pool room on the first day. It was super convenient to access the pool right from our room. The room itself felt a bit dated, and the air conditioning unit outside our door was quite noisy. However, the hotel's complimentary photo shoot was a nice touch; the kids got a lot of great pictures. The photographer was really nice, and the post-production lady was excellent too. Overall, we had a very enjoyable first stop.

We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.
