"This family trip to Xiangshui Bay Junlan was an absolute delight!
✅ Absolutely fantastic location: Within walking distance of the beach, the waters of Xiangshui Bay are crystal clear and azure blue, even more beautiful than I imagined. The beach is clean and less crowded, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset – incredibly romantic.
✅ Spaciousness: The villa rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable living rooms, bedrooms, and courtyards. A large family could comfortably stay, and the kids could run and play freely.
✅ Excellent service: The dedicated butler was incredibly attentive, helping with deliveries and takeout, and providing on-call luggage pick-up and drop-off services. We didn't have to worry about anything, truly achieving a ”relaxed vacation.”
✅ Healing environment: The park is lush with greenery and exquisitely landscaped, perfect for strolling or simply relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect place to unwind and de-stress.

There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better!
The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. "This apartment truly exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to an unbeatable sea view, which was absolutely stunning. I initially booked two nights but ended up extending for an additional night, even sacrificing a night from my Sanya trip. The Diamond Coast development, where the apartment is located, has direct access to the beach. The sand is fine, there's no commercial development, so it's very clean and uncrowded. At low tide, a natural beach pool appears nearby, perfect for collecting seashells. The apartment itself is in great condition, and the butler service was excellent. I've already recommended it to several friends. Staying here during the summer was such great value for money; I honestly didn't want to leave. If I get the chance to visit Lingshui again, I will definitely come back here."

"The scenery is excellent. I can faintly see crabs climbing on the reef from the pool. I really want to go down and touch the crabs, but the front desk said that I can't go down. We arrived at the hotel after the reservation. We didn't know that there was a shuttle bus. It was very timely. The luggage could be delivered to each room. The front desk and the brother who sent the luggage were very enthusiastic. They also upgraded. I met the manager and sent us some snacks. , Clearly, it is not sold on time! Send directly! In fact, it is not very timely, there is 3/4 months! I have never seen such a bright boss, the atmosphere has a pattern! ! I also sent us sunscreen, saying that I can't wipe my face for fear that we are allergic, and it expires in March next year, let us wipe our body! The experience is very good, the facilities are not new, but the service is the most satisfying one in the hotel I have ever stayed in! recommend"

This time, I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit. Coincidentally, it was in the same courtyard as my previous stay. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool water is also very clean. Ordering takeout to the room is super convenient. My family really loved the room. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sanya."

Guest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

KTV92We chose this hotel as a one-night stopover. Our whole family stayed in a two-story villa. The villa is very dated, especially the living room and kitchen area. Other rooms were a bit better. One inconvenience about the villa was that the living room was separate from the sleeping areas; you had to go outside and re-enter. Another awkward point was that the rooms on both the first and second floors were locked. You constantly had to carry your key card with you. Otherwise, for a one or two-day stay, it's a good choice. Sarah Welsh1This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great.
There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay.
The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely!
We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

Coming to Sanya, staying in a villa is a must! This time, I stayed in the Pullman's Thai-style Deluxe Pool Villa, and it completely exceeded my expectations!
🏡Ambiance: As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the massive private pool. It's a truly private, standalone space, surrounded by lush greenery, giving off a strong Southeast Asian resort vibe. It's fantastic for photos! Getting to the beach requires walking through the Marriott's side for a few hundred meters. The water in Yalong Bay is truly crystal clear.
🏊♂️Facilities: The villa space is very generous, and the wet/dry separation is excellent. The bathtub is right by the window, so you can enjoy the view while bathing. The private pool water was very clean, and it was incredibly comfortable to play in the water this season. I spent a whole day in the water and didn't want to get out.
🍽️Dining & Service: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. The butler service was very thoughtful; any issues during my stay were responded to quickly, and they even helped arrange buggy transfers.
🌟Summary: Although I booked using a voucher, the service was absolutely not compromised. If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway where you can fully enjoy swimming, Pullman Yalong Bay is definitely the top choice. The experience was absolutely perfect!
