Find Villas in Haikou

This is my favourite resort and place to stay in Haikou thus far! We booked the family room which comes with 2 double beds and a bunk bed. It's super spacious despite the number of beds, and the kids loved the hot tub. The only downside was the sliding doors were a little hard to manoeuvre for little hands so we just mostly left them open. There were both adult and kids bathrobes and bedroom slippers and wet slippers (we used it for our trips to the hotspring and pool) as well as kids dental kits and shower toiletries. Our package included buffet breakfast and dinner, spread was great and the kids had no difficulty finding food they liked. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotspring, followed by the indoor pool. The animal club was small-ish but the kids had fun there too. It was a pity the outdoor water park and firefly activities were closed/not available as it was winter and we weren't aware of that. Also, not all the pools in the hotspring were loaded with the herbs but the upside was there wasn't much crowd when we were there. Just a side note: A number of farms in the area were closed on weekdays also because of winter/typhoon destruction. So make sure to call up before heading over.

I recently visited the Flair Bar on the 20th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The bartender, Cathy, displayed remarkable skill and creativity with her cocktail mixology, making each drink not just a beverage but a memorable experience. The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The ambiance of the bar was elevated by their combined efforts, making it a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service which significantly enhanced our evening!

It is very suitable for a family or a few friends to travel together. The environment is very quiet, parking is convenient, and the customer service is very responsible. They personally came to the door to receive us and took us to the room after 11 o'clock in the evening.

I went on a business trip with my old comrade and wanted to stay near the airport. I asked whether it was better to stay in a chain hotel or a special one. The old comrade said the latter. I searched for this hotel. It is indeed a Royal Garden Hotel, and it is in a garden style. Although it is very beautiful, many conferences are held here, so it is not very resort-like. In addition, it is near the flight route, so there will be noise from airplanes. The king-size room was directly upgraded to a poolside room, which is very large and has direct access to the swimming pool, but the water temperature is still low in November. The room is still quite damp, and the air conditioner is a bit loud for northerners. It is less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective. There is airport pick-up service.

Like a university student dormitory, extremely simple, shampoo is not, easy to use hair lotion to wash your hair, it is difficult to pour out, and then find that there is no hair dryer. The boss is also good. I heard that we want to catch the sea and wear socks. It costs 10 yuan a pair (wearing and finding sand). In fact, it is useless. I went to the hotel barefoot to rush my feet. This is not considered. The boss is going back and forth to get things. The children are very happy; Living on the second floor, the heavy suitcase was also carried up by the boss; I later went to the car to pick up things and found that I ordered two mosquito coils at the door; in the morning, the boss went to the ticket office of the scenic spot to buy us tickets, and it was cheaper. Anyway, I think it's still very good.

Four of us went to Sanya for a trip. We chose to transfer in Haikou. The air tickets were relatively cheap. We landed at Meilan Airport at around 12:00 midnight. We called Xiaolan directly and followed the instructions to wait at the designated location. They came to pick us up in a few minutes. We were surprised that it was a Mercedes-Benz six-seater car, which could accommodate four people and four pieces of luggage. The distance was relatively close, and it felt like we arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was a villa area with a very good environment, relatively quiet, and the check-in was very fast. We booked a suite, which had two small rooms in a large room. Although it was night, it was still a little hot. I was moved the moment I entered the room. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this was the first one to turn on the air conditioner in advance. It was very cool, and my mood instantly became much more relaxed. The atmosphere was also very good. The whole house was smart, with electric curtains. We had asked a few of us in advance, so 4 sets of toiletries and slippers were prepared. I was moved and went downstairs to find Xiaolan to smoke a cigarette (I don't know if that was Xiaolan). It was not easy. It was almost one or two o'clock, and I was still waiting for the airport pick-up. It was too hard. All in all, it was a very good experience. I plan to spend a few days in Sanya and then transfer to Haikou. I will book this hotel again.

Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

The room is very clean and tidy, just right for staying with children. Room 303, No. 10, has an open-air balcony for viewing. I heard that there are activities on the stage during holidays, and this room can just see the stage (you can book this room if you want to watch the show). The lotus pond in the park is beautiful, and the lotus seeds are delicious (you need to contact the staff at the wine museum to buy them). It is especially fun to take the children on a boat tour of the lotus pond. However, lotus leaves, lotus flowers and lotus seeds cannot be picked casually (the staff reminded me), don't learn from me, you will be fined 😢.

What I especially want to talk about is this bunk bed. The guy at the front desk saw that I have a big family with many children. I only booked a three-bedroom and one-living room on the platform. He patiently told me that there was a suite with bunk beds, so we could live there. It's not that crowded, but it's just a bit far away. Since we're not familiar with this place, we drove to the room to check it out. After checking it out, our family discussed and stayed there directly. The front desk guy's personality and service were particularly good. Thank you to the front desk guy. The store took care of us and we had a great time during our trip!

I stayed here on a business trip. Inside the villa, the community is environmentally friendly and safe. My uncle’s service was excellent. He picked us up on his electric bike to help us and told us where we could charge the batteries. The toilet, trash can, and curtains in the room are all fully automatic, clean and tidy, and there are also super large disposable face towels. My girlfriend went to visit the duty-free shop. It’s only a few minutes walk away. The price is not expensive during the holidays. I really recommend it.
