"This was a really nice and clean hotel! It seems like a newer hotel, but it was easy to get to as I just entered the hotel name into YandexGo and it came right up! When I travel abroad, I often treat the TV as just a decoration, but this one supported YouTube and Amazon Prime, which allowed for some truly enjoyable downtime! Honestly, I think even those who have only stayed in Japanese hotels or are first-time international travelers would be thoroughly satisfied here!"

"Cleanliness: Although the hotel is a bit old, it's incredibly clean and well-maintained. There were no strange odors inside, which shows their excellent housekeeping and odor control. The lobby always had a faint fruity scent, and our room was spotless. Facilities: The hotel breakfast was fantastic! Besides standard items like coffee, tea, milk, juice, and eggs, they offered a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and local pastries every day. For tourists who spend their days exploring, such a high-quality breakfast is essential. The complimentary bottled water in the room daily was also very practical! Service: All hotel staff spoke fluent English and Russian, so communication was never an issue. They were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. We needed to book an English-speaking tour guide for the next day; after explaining it to the front desk, they immediately helped us contact someone and quickly finalized the booking. The day after our tour, upon returning to the hotel, the staff even followed up to ask if we were satisfied with the experience, showing truly excellent service. Environment: The hotel's location is superb, situated within a pedestrian street, making it very safe. Most major attractions are just a 10-minute walk away. There are many guesthouses and shops nearby, and a square not far off where many locals stroll and walk their children after the sunset cools down, making for a very pleasant evening walk. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at the Sangzor Hotel and highly recommend it to other visitors coming to Samarkand!"

"My first and strongest impression of MUSAVVIR was its cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. The room furnishings were very neat, and the sheets, bedding, and every little detail were immaculately clean. It's clear that the owner has high standards for the guesthouse's hygiene and quality, making for a very reassuring stay. This isn't just an ordinary guesthouse; it's more like a miniature museum. The owner has collected many Soviet-era纪念章 (medals/badges), old photos, radios, and other items, which are rich in historical flavor and characteristic of that era. During my stay, I constantly discovered interesting small details everywhere, making the entire accommodation experience even more special. There's currently a city garden being built right outside MUSAVVIR, and I believe that once the project is completed, the surrounding environment and scenery will be even more beautiful. The transportation here is also very convenient, making it easy to get around or find nearby amenities. What was particularly touching was that when we left, the owner personally helped us carry our luggage to the roadside and even helped us call a ride-hailing car. Such thoughtful and warm service made us feel not just the accommodation itself, but also genuine hospitality. Overall, MUSAVVIR left a very deep and wonderful impression on me. It's clean, comfortable, distinctive, and the owner is warm and attentive. It was a very pleasant stay. If I have the chance to come back here in the future, I will definitely choose to stay again."

"The hostel is located in the Old Town, which is convenient as the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. However, it's situated in a small alley, and there's a stretch of road without streetlights when returning from the main square, which felt a bit unsafe at night. The owner was always helpful in solving various issues, for example, when I wanted to boil a couple of eggs in the morning. There's a water dispenser available in the common area, which is handy. The day before I checked in, guests reported no hot water, initially thinking it was due to late-night usage. The next day, it was still cold. When asked, the owner said a circuit breaker had tripped. Once fixed, the water was very hot, so it's important to report any problems promptly. It was advertised as a 4-bed dorm, but it was actually a 5-bed dorm, which was quite a surprise. The owner claimed it couldn't be changed on the platform, a reason I found hard to accept. Even if the main listing couldn't be altered, they could have added a note in the remarks section. Otherwise, it feels like deception, especially for a 'non-refundable' booking where no money is returned. This was the case for both the female and male dorms. With many guests staying, the cleanliness of the common areas struggled to keep up. Also, I didn't seem to find any lockable personal lockers. The owner, who uses a wheelchair, runs this hostel, which is commendable, and the price is good. However, the issues mentioned above do exist. Luckily, I only stayed for one night as a stopover."

"I want to share my review of this guesthouse. It's simply excellent, and the room was spotless. Everything included in the hotel's services was provided: clean linen, towels, an electric kettle, a teapot, bottled water, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoos, and conditioners in the shower. "The hotel is just a 15-20 minute walk to both Registan Square and Gur-e-Amir, making getting around very convenient! The shashlik restaurant diagonally across the street comes highly recommended! The front desk service was excellent, and they even helped us call a taxi and handle our luggage!"

"The hostel is a good place for a nice getaway for maybe 1 or 2 nights. The owner was nice and everything. The place could use a bit of a nice cleanup, particularly the hallways. Overall, it's in a nice location. Everything's within walking distance, or if you want to take a taxi, that's even faster. Yeah, it was actually pretty good."

"Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much. What I would like to note separately: 1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design. 2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around. 3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments. 4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest. In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased."
