"Facilities: The WiFi signal in the room was terrible, almost unusable. I had to go downstairs and sit on a bench near the front desk to get a decent connection.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was just okay. There was no trash can in the bathroom.
Environment: The location was pretty good, close to the Las Vegas Convention Center, and parking was convenient.
Service: Only the prettiest lady at the front desk was genuinely warm and offered the best service. The others were quite cold and not very patient when answering questions. I much prefer the one in Orange County Anaheim."

"The room was only ok. No hot water in bathroom sink. 1 pillow per person, had to ask for towels. Only 2 for 4 people. Casino reeked of cigarette smoke at check in. Restaurants ok. The best thing was the price and location. Workers were helpful and friendly too."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hoover Dam Hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy vintage feel that perfectly complements the hotel's history. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always with a smile and helpful tips for the surrounding area.
The location in downtown Boulder City is ideal: quiet, safe, and within walking distance of great cafes and restaurants. The Hoover Dam is also just a few minutes' drive away.
Absolutely excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming base near the Hoover Dam."

“Hotel opening Winter 2022”
SureStay Hotel by Best Western Eureka is located on the main street within the city of Eureka. It is a wonderful property with a great occupancy. Lots of history within the hotel (Jackson house), and lots of new renovations. With the adequate support and renovations, the potential is huge with this property, and we look forward to moving ahead with the process.

And its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.

This hotel was so cute and quaint. It's inside of a small casino. Most of the people that are working here really care and most of the customers are locals. There was a Sbarro inside the hotel, and a 24/7 dinner, which really elevated our experience. Parking was so easy and accessible, so it was easy for us to get in and out of our car. Very close to a Starbucks and a gas station, which is very convenient. The hotel is not super modern, and some of the amenities can be upgraded, but overall the experience, location, service and the price was just right for us.

Overall, I can recommend this hotel. There was a slight misunderstanding with one front desk employee during check-in.
However, this was an isolated incident, and all other staff members were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also suitable for families.
However, you will definitely need your own car to get to the city center or any attractions.

Alana ChaiThe cleanliness here was quite good in my opinion. The towels, bathroom, and bedsheets were all clean and smelled fresh, although there were some signs of age and wear. The location is a little farther from the busy area, but there are buses nearby and the surroundings are quieter and more peaceful.
The service was absolutely excellent. We happened to meet the same front desk lady during both check-in and check-out, and she was incredibly friendly the entire time — from helping us settle in to even knocking on our door to kindly remind us about check-out. She really made our stay so much better.
They also provide ice and free hot coffee, which was a nice touch. Although there was no drinking water or hair dryer provided, the 24-hour front desk made us feel very safe and comfortable. At first, I thought the online ratings were only average, but after staying here, it turned out to be much better than expected. The room was spacious too, making this a really great motel overall.
这里的清洁度我觉得可以 浴巾 厕所 和床单都是香和干净的虽然有些久的痕迹。 地点离热闹街区有点点距离不过附近就有公交也比较宁静。服务的话超级好，我们入房和退房都遇到同一个柜姐，从开始打理我们入住到敲门提醒我们退房一切都是那么的友善。因为她我们的入住体验变得超好的。那里还有冰块和免费热咖啡给我们，除了没有饮用水和吹风筒以外，柜台是24小时也很让人安心。一开始看网上平台分数普通现在入住觉得比想象中好太多，房间还大真的是个很不错的旅馆。

The receptionist seemed unfriendly, perhaps because I arrived late at night, but I didn't mind because she didn't interact with me except during check-in.
Although it's a little far from the main areas such as the Strip, it's not a problem if you use a rental car or Uber.
The rooms are spacious and there are two-room types, so it is recommended for those who want to save money.

I stayed at Signature Inn Winnemucca during my trip, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and equipped with essentials like a microwave, mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well.
The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and gas stations. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. While it’s a budget-friendly option, it provided everything I needed for a short and comfortable stopover.
Would recommend it to anyone passing through Winnemucca!

First of all, I believe everyone can have different experiences. But honestly, from my experience, the hotel was actually not bad. One important tip : if you need to pay a deposit, it’s better to use cash instead of a credit card because it will be much easier for you.
Also, don’t expect too much if you are booking a cheap hotel. The rooms were still okay and comfortable enough. Just note that they don’t provide a hair dryer. The breakfast was decent, but I suggest waking up earlier to get food because I don’t think they restock after around 9:30am (correct me if I’m wrong 😭🙏).

The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose.
