"Yes, it’s a cheap hotel and not Ritz Carlton style, but it differs to much from photos. I booked a hotel to attend the working meeting with a customer in quiet atmosphere and assumed that room is quiet, will have a table and WiFi. There’s no table as “they recently made a renovation”. WiFi on the 3d floor is bad. And at the time of my call they started to fix something on the floor (like the constructions). And this towels😭😭😭 damn, I don’t care if they’re branded or not, but I just want a not damaged towel. The curtains do not close the windows entirely and there are neighbors in front. There’s also no fridge in the room, but they let to use a fridge in lobby.
The only good thing is the location."

"An amazingly modern place in the center with incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast, a very beautiful location, and everything is clean.
The only minor issue is that the pool isn't heated, so it's quite cool.
But otherwise, everything is very stylish, there are sun loungers, beach towels are provided, it's quiet at night, and there are many establishments and shops nearby.

"A bit run down, and some areas are very outdated. Only two staff members were nice. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything except actual conversations. The TV in the room opposite mine was on every single day, which was so annoying – I couldn't sleep because of the noise. Plus, people were constantly smoking in the toilet and on the balcony, and the smoke kept drifting into my room, even though it's supposedly a non-smoking hotel. Overall, I'm not 100% satisfied. Just a tip: if you're looking for a smoke-free and quiet hotel, this one is not suitable."

"The hotel is good if you don't expect anything especially.The pool is clean. But in 10 days they have never cleaned and the garbage was not removed. The TV didn't work and asked for action the next day. The TV didn't work in the room - it was all over. The bed is scratched, the air conditioners (his and the neighbor) ring and vibrate in the wall of the room. I specify - number 302. I hear from the neighbor's toilet as paper silence, not to mention all the rest 🤐"

"I stayed at Hotel Luna with my daughters for five days and we were thoroughly pleased. My children and I felt very comfortable and at home there.
The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a family-run hotel, and all the staff are also very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and located in a beautiful spot.

"The best hotel in service is very kind and pleasant managers who work on the respiratory Ahmed and Yasin , and also the cleaner Katya) we were very friendly with them and they always helped me with the room itself he was also very clean light turned out to be with a small balcony that gave a big plus also in the hotel very cool breakfast it every day change something new add and also leave food that didn't finish and you can eat all day as well as drink tea coffee it is very straight great and pleasant yet I don't I knew but it turned out that there was a class pool there often the foreigners were at this hotel at all 70% of the foreigners from the Slavish countries . About the sea the hotel is 10 minutes walk too very convenient noise isolation excellent I slept How the mosque was not heard, though it was not so far away . So I boldly recommend that if I go to Antalya again I will definitely stop again! 🥰💖💖🙌🫶🤍🥹"

"Considering this was a last minute plan due to missing a flight thia turned out to be perfect. The host especially opened up the kitchen out of hours to accommodate for dinner after being difficult to get food at such late hours. He went above and beyond I'm so grateful for the BRILLIANT service and kindness it will be unforgettable 🫶🏼"

Located right in front of Mark Antalya Mall and just next to Muratpaşa train station , the train from Airport drop you next to the hotel. Multi story hotel got elevator, Wi-Fi is fast and consistent. Emre and Ayub at the reception are very helpful, and the guy manages breakfast is always try to arrange the healthy and delicious breakfast.
The room and bathroom are spacious but the walls are really thin , even if your neighbor talks or uses bathroom, you can hear sometimes.
I will definitely stay there again, because the cons I mentioned are almost every hotel, but the pros are not in all the hotel.

Sandra GloseI spent one night at the Kafkas Hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and in general, the staff were friendly. However, my stay was heavily impacted by a major issue.
I checked in on September 16th at 2:00 PM. At the reception, the receptionist did not inform me that there was no running water due to street construction. I only found out by myself when I tried to use the tap right after check-in. When asked, she told my Turkish friend that the water would be running again within an hour (by 3:00 or 4:00 PM). Relying on this, we went to the beach for a swim. When I came back around 8:00 PM, there was still no running water to take a shower or wash my hair and hands. I had to buy a large bottle of water just to have some basic water in the room. I understand that nearby construction work is out of the hotel's control. However, I do not appreciate being misinformed by being told it would only take an hour when it actually took until the next day. Furthermore, €65 is a lot of money for a night where I could not even shower or wash my hair after swimming. I was shocked that the hotel refused to offer any compensation or even a 50% refund, considering that running water is a basic necessity they failed to provide and did not tell me about in advance. Unfortunately that led my stay to a very disappointing experience.

It was my first time staying in a hostel overseas, and it turned out to be such an amazing experience. The vibe was super chill, and I met so many wonderful people from all over the world. Sadly, I only stayed for two nights—but it was enough to make me fall in love with hostel life. I would definitely choose hostels again in the future.
This hostel was recommended by someone on RED (Xiaohongshu), a Chinese social media platform, and honestly, it was a great recommendation. I really miss those moments when people gathered together—chatting, laughing, cooking, playing board games, and just hanging out.
The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the bus station, several attractions, and surrounded by plenty of delicious local food options.
I highly recommend renting a bike and cycling along the coastline—it’s incredibly healing and relaxing. It would probably be even better in summer, but I’m not complaining at all. I was lucky to have beautiful sunny weather during my stay in Antalya. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely bring my bikini for sunbathing and try a traditional Turkish bath as well (sadly, it was closed on my last day).

I booked a single room because I needed a budget-friendly place to stay in before catching an early flight. For what I paid, I was very very impressed. I had a cute little room that was immaculately cleaned. The hotel is in a more ”local area” which I didn't mind as I had already stayed in the Old Town and up in the mountains. But it being local means the local cafes and businesses charge cheaper prices compared to the tourist areas. I grabbed a very nice kebab for my dinner for 380 TL and it was very good! The manager was very polite, kind and helpful, recommending where I could buy food and groceries. I didn't have a chance to swim in the pool but I did view it and it is very good size!! The other hotels I stayed at were more expensive but had much smaller pools, so this is a big bonus if you stat here. I would definitely stay here again. I think it would be great if you were to update the bed - the mattress was lumpy, which means it is old, I only stayed one night but if I stayed longer, I would have ended up with back pain so this is so wthing to consider. Also, a hairdryer would be good too.

This hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful (For example, suggesting the best restaurants and cafes, helping to order a taxi, and identifying places that are recommended to visit). the location was great and quiet. The hotel rooms were modern, well-furnished, and clean. I highly recommend staying there and will definitely return. You will feel at home!

Guest UserFor such a low price, the hotel is great, and the room itself was perfectly fine for me, but I was shocked by how incredibly dirty the toilet was: the toilet seat was covered in urine, and the area around the toilet was also splattered with urine. In the morning, there was a huge blob of what looked like phlegm or snot on the floor... It seems like they don't even clean it once a day. The shower, however, was fine.
The location is ideal, with a tram stop to the airport just five minutes away. They happily provided an extra warm blanket upon request. But seriously, they need to clean more often. It was literally disgusting to be in that toilet.

Not only is it conveniently located close to Kaleici Old Town, but there's also a shopping mall and plenty of cafes nearby :) And the staff is super friendly – even when I forgot my documents, they sent them to me at the airport via taxi without any hassle 💜🙏 You don't see that every day! Everything was very cozy, the food was delicious (especially breakfast), and it felt incredibly safe, which is important for me as a solo female traveler :3 I highly recommend it, and a special thank you for helping me get my documents back at the airport; that was unbelievably important to me ❤️ And the cats here are just amazing, so affectionate, haha 💜🩷❤️

The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a family-run hotel, and all the staff are also very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and located in a beautiful spot.
