B2 Chiang Rai Night Bazaar Boutique & Budget Hotel

Stayed here for a few nights.. was my first time in Chiang Rai. I have nothing negative to say, the room was a good size for one person, clean, fully stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, bottles of water, etc.and cleaned everyday. When I came back from a days out it was nice and fresh. The shower handle needs to be in a certain direction in order for the hot water to work - (if it's pointed towards you, more pressure = less hot). Location-wise, it was only a few mins from the night bazaar which is very convenient. Many nice temples nearby via walking. Also the clock tower, cat cafe, Watsons, bus station, Boots, restaurants, etc.all walkable - 5mins tops. I recommend staying here.. if you want to go further away to see white and blue temple you can hire a bike rider for just a few Bhat. The big Central Chiang Rai shopping mall is not that far, you can also walk it! I walked about 2 hours from the hotel to see the giant Buddha statue, along the way I saw many cool stuff. I really do recommend you walk around and check out the scenery rather than taking transport, you will find hidden gems along the way. A+

Chiang Rai's characteristic upgraded youth hostel accommodation experience In Chiang Rai, a small town full of exotic customs, I accidentally discovered a unique accommodation option - a hotel that can be said to be an upgraded version of a youth hostel. This stay gave me a new understanding of the concept of youth hostels. I booked a double bed room, which is located near the roadside. This superior location not only allows me to find the hotel easily, but also allows me to feel the pulse of the city in the room. Whenever night falls, the lights outside the window and the pedestrians on the road rush, which adds a bit of comfort and tranquility to my journey. The decoration style of the hotel is simple but stylish, and every detail reveals the designer's care and ingenuity. The design of the shared space between the front desk and the bar not only saves space, but also creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Here, I can communicate with travelers from all over the world at any time and share interesting things and experiences during the journey. Free mineral water and snacks are provided in the public area. This thoughtful service made me feel the warmth and care of home during my journey. Whether it was a glass of water when I was thirsty or a snack when I was hungry, I felt the hotel's careful attention to the needs of the guests. However, the room hygiene was slightly average. Although it was clean overall, some details still needed to be improved. However, considering the nature and price of the hostel, this did not affect my accommodation experience too much. In addition, the hotel is close to the night market, which is undoubtedly a huge plus for me who likes to explore local food and culture. Whenever night falls, I can walk to the night market and enjoy the authentic and delicious snacks and unique cultural atmosphere. The bar on the first floor of the hotel has become a great place for me to relax and make new friends at night. Although it is open until 11 o'clock in the evening, for me, this is enough for me to spend a fulfilling and enjoyable night. The only regret is that the hotel does not provide breakfast service. However, considering the rich dining options around, this did not become a minus for my stay this time. Overall, this characteristic upgraded hostel in Chiang Rai provided me with an unforgettable accommodation experience. Whether it is the superior geographical location, simple decoration style, considerate public services, or the convenience of being close to the night market and the joyful atmosphere of the bar on the first floor, I feel the warmth of home and the comfort of the journey. Although the room hygiene needs to be improved and there is no breakfast service, overall, this is still an accommodation option worth recommending and trying.

It was a very pleasant stay overall. However, I am a little disappointed or rather alarmed to see a snake on the tree house connected to the breakfast area. This tree house is being portrayed on the you-tube vlogs as something very beautiful, but in reality if filled with giant lizards and thin snakes on the roof-top. Please request the hotel authorities to clean-up this tree-top house and make it free from such reptiles. Else some tourists may get a sudden shock on suddenly spotting such creatures. One of the areas below the restaurant need to be fenced as there is a deep level in front of it. I do not have picture to display it. But it is a danger to children or elderly people, who have potential to fall from such height.

We were happy staying at The Loft. The Reception was helpful to arrange an elephant trip for us at a good rate, 1,500 bath for half day, 2 persons with dedicated car. Also my son enjoyed playing at their mini pond with clayfish looking like small lobsters. The Reception, a nice chap called Teoy voluntarily took out first aid saline water and applied antiseptic lotion for my son who had a minor bite by a dog. My son was bitten unprovoked while cycling in the vicinity residential area. Be careful while cycling with young children along residential estate. Keep a close lookout. To us, it is still good cycling around but just keep a close watchout if you have young children tagging along. Enjoy your trip!

Its about 30 menit walking from the night market/bus station. Jam is not free, but its cheap (3 baht). Iron cannot be borrowed but we can pay 15 bhat/ clothes to get ironed. No place to rent motorbike nearby but someone can be called to the hostel if we want to rent motor bike. Please chat actively because in my experience, the motorbike that they gave to us was pretty bad and it took time if we want to change it. Overall, the room only was great and clean but the surroundings are not that good.

I would like you to explain the room posted in the app. Does the room have a bathroom? Is the bathroom shared? Is there a fan or air conditioning? 👌

A simple rustic guesthouse. With bugs in the bathroom and a leaking faucet with a basin underneath. The inconvenient thing is that there are no sockets near the bed. Beautiful view from the window, there is a hairdryer, bicycles, water and excellent tea. The area is quiet, remote from the center. We rented a bike through the reception, it cost 300 baht per day - we were satisfied

A cosy place to stay. Meals are prepared for you. However, we had only breakfast and dinner, since lunch we were outside. The rooms are clean but basic amenities only. No kettle by default, however can be requested. The check in was swift. Not recommended to bring trolley luggage as going to the rooms has many steps and no ramps. It is dark at night, better to have a torch if exploring the place at night.

Hotel was accommodating as I booked a wrong check in date by mistake. They changed it without extra charge. It’s a bit too far from night bazaar and bus station.
