An absolutely wonderful coastal house with fine details and a nice feel in the interior with sea views in several directions. Located in the beautiful Åskloster about 14 km north of Varberg. Plenty of space both inside and out with balconies in several different directions. Bright and airy! There is a small extra wooden deck on a height in the garden where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in peace and quiet with a view of the sea. There is a TV that is used as a screen if you want to connect your computer, for example, but no channels. Beautifully decorated glazed conservatory close to the kitchen with a large dining area where you can gather and have a good meal together and socialize regardless of the weather. The living room has a wood-burning stove for extra evening coziness on rainy days. The bedrooms are located three in a row in a staircase with a mezzanine. There are four bedrooms in total, the first of which is slightly larger and is located on the lower floor with its own entrance. The kitchen has its own exit to a small patio, perfect for a nice summer breakfast. Please note that this is an older house and therefore it can be drafty along the floor. The radiators should not be used, but there is an air heat pump and you can economize on electricity. The house is mainly suitable for stays during the warmer months, i.e. around April-October, when it is not heated when not in use and it can take around 2 hours to heat up with the air heat pump and the stove. Therefore, you should think about arriving in good time so that you have time to heat it up before the night. The house is located at the bottom of a street so no through traffic but very quiet and nice and largely completely private. Warm welcome to a really lovely holiday stay! A modern farmhouse with views over pastures and beautiful surroundings, the cottage is on the owner's plot and you have your own part of the large plot. Enjoy the peace and privacy. The cabin has a spacious living room and open, well-equipped kitchen. Here there is a daybed for two people, a dining table and a modern TV with Chromecast. There is free wifi. The bathroom is bright and has a shower and washing machine. There are two sleeping lofts with a ladder up and here there is a single bed 120 cm wide and on the second loft a bed that is 140 cm wide. At the front of the cottage there is a generous terrace with outdoor furniture. Next to the cabin there is a lovely little barbecue area. The owner offers electric car charging, payment according to agreement on site. Only a short drive takes you to Kärradal. Here there is both a sandy beach and a rock pool with jetty and bathing ladder. A popular restaurant is right by the beach. This is a real summer idyll. Varberg is a summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests, and here in winter there is an area for cross-country skiing. For those who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. 4 person holiday home
