The exterior of the hotel look ok. However, the internal function of the hotel need a lot of rooms for improvement. Thankfully, I only stay for 2 nights, but need to bear with all the inconveniences.
First, the lift is not working. Was assigned a small room at level 2. I have to carry my luggage up to my room by stairs.
Second, other guests left their rubbish along the corridor and there was no clean up. Quite disgusting to see this in a hotel. To be honest, this was the most dirty hotel I ever stay.
Third, there was blackout on 2 occasions. Thankfully, I am not halfway through my shower. Though it was recover within an hour, it is unacceptable.
Fourth, there was no storage place for luggage if you arrive early or want to check out late. You were asked to place your luggage at a construction area in a corner of the hotel at your own risk
Fifth, there is a need to place a €50 deposit. This is also the only hotel I encountered in Europe which required to pay a deposit.
Overall, I won't recommend this hotel.
To be fair, the staff are friendly.
