Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location.
Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly
Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean and spacious. However, breakfast was expensive for the quantity provided, and there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, so we had to buy our own. The staff were friendly, and we would definitely stay here again.

Good location, 10mins walk to waterfront, 5mins walk to The Hills shopping mall, 5mins walk to TopSpot seafood ctr. Room is small, enough space to walk only. Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs

1.bidet not clean.. also shower room got customer hair even the the room just after the cleaning services.
2.TV no signal..
3.system announced can check in 2pm.. when i got there 2.30 pm still cannot check inn, front desk said room not clean yet.. š and i need to wait more than half an hour.. šš»āļø

Cleanliness can be improved. Can hear sound/voice from other rooms. We stayed there for two nights. One mid-night got people knocking on the room next door loudly. One of the best things for us is there is free parking and a location near our event.

Take a long time to check in even though I came at the second day of our stay cause flight delay.. and have to show the receipt from trip.Com to show if the prices already include tax or not.. I think they should've prepared this before guest arrived for i already booked weeks before.
Amenities is to simple they only gave small soap bar and mini sachet shampoo the best thing of this hotel is only the location which is near to restaurants and convenient stores

Stay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.

DDe XingThe hotel is located at a convenient location, at the center of Miri city. We got the street view room which comes with some problems. It can become noisy at night as the road in-front is very busy. On the first night I could not really can a good sleep due to the noise but subsequent nights I used ear plugs which solves all the problem.
The hotel provides free parking to it's guests, there are only about 10 open-air car lots in-front of the hotel if there are no available slots the staff allowed us to park beside the building. There is a cafe right beside the lobby of the hotel and many restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. It is not recommended to park outside the hotel building zone as you might get fined.
Wifi was bad at the level that I was staying at, my mobile data has better connection haha. The room was really spacious and the TV has hdmi plug so we just played our own media in it. Overall it was a good experience given the price per night.
