"The staff is very welcoming and polite. Breakfast is a handful of rice, a glass of juice, and some other stuff, completely useless. The bathroom is very small. You can get stuck in the toilet. The glass in the room's window is frosted, so you can't see anything. Who came up with this idea??? It feels like you're sleeping in a capsule, not a hotel. There's practically no window. I paid an extra 500 yen and moved to a wonderful hotel on the other side of the river; you can see it on the map."

"The soundproofing isn't great. Someone was talking in the hallway in the middle of the night, and the doors slammed loudly. It's about a 7-minute walk to Dotombori Shopping Street, so the location is pretty good."

"This is a great little hotel. It was so unassuming that I was pleasantly surprised by the service, comfort and quality of my stay here. I half expected only an average place, but from the moment I entered the lobby and was greeted by the warmest, friendliest reception, I was totally happy. He quickly checked me in, and upon my enquiry on suitable local restaurants he informed me they have free curry right now, along with bottomless drinks (hot and cold, tea, coffee, juice and soft drinks), it was perfect, just want I needed after a long day.
He also helped with parking as their hotel lotcwas full.
The room was basic, but it was all clean and worked well, the bed was comfy and shower had good pressure and hot water, heaven.
Breakfast the next day was also lovely, a good mix of Asian and western.
I was chuffed and would gladly stay here again.
Thanks very much for a pleasant stay, lovely food and kind, considerate and professional staff.
Cheers 😃"

"The price-quality ratio is good.
However, the walls are made of paper, and the insulation is very poor (I could clearly hear conversations, but not my neighbors'). There's also no cooking area (there's only a microwave). The white light makes the room uninviting.
Note: there's no kettle, but you can request a thermos at reception."

"相對來説比較考驗別的住客的素質，所幸我的運氣不錯，別的住客雖然難以避免的發出了一些噪音，但是屬於能體諒範圍。接待入住的那個姐姐挺温柔的。旅店門口有點難找，在桌球室的樓上。這裏離入明站步行7分鐘左右，斜對面有家全家。在別的軟件上看過一些差評，但是我住進來的時候這些問題都能明顯的發現店家有改善掉了"

3 minutes by foot from the station! Equipped with WiFi! A tyokan with Japanese and international cuisine
"We stayed for one night as a couple, without meals included.
The reception staff and the staff who showed us around the building were all very polite and helpful.
We were given two single rooms by opening the inner door, so we could use both rooms together!
It was spacious and comfortable.
The room had a sink, toothbrushes, and body towels.
The futon was a heavy, old-fashioned comforter, which reminded me of a country house. (laughs)
The toilet and bathroom are shared, but we didn't encounter or overlap with other guests, so it was no problem.
The building is old, but there's a convenience store right in front, and the location is great."

Anonymous UserIt is best to check the navigation route when walking to Avan Hotel from Sukumo Station. The parking lot under the elevated road will go around a long way. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon check-in, which is very good.
The hotel room is very quiet and clean, and the staff are very nice

Location is perfect if you have a car. You can't see the view from the room, but there is no problem if you just stay. The price is also cheap. The biggest difficulty is dirty and old slippers. I think it's better to spend that cost.
I think it's better to bring your mobile slippers if you go.

The hotel's location is a bit difficult to find, but it's easy to find.
Parking is limited to one session for guests with a car, and is valid from 8 PM to 10 AM the following morning. The discounted rate is 800 yen (1200 yen if you're parking by yourself). You can purchase a parking ticket from the hotel front desk and park in the parking lot across the street.
The rooms are Japanese-style and quite good. There's a large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor. Women must first obtain a key from the front desk and then proceed to the entrance to the women's bath.
The breakfast wasn't very good. It's recommended not to include breakfast with this hotel booking, as the selection is quite limited.

Hotel location is good and easy to find. The staff is warm and welcoming. There is a laundry and dryer. There is a windy enjoyment on the seventh floor! Check in in the afternoon, the room is a bit hot, but the air conditioner only has a warm room function, maybe I don't know how to use it! Only open the window!
