Everything was great, just the bathroom was always wet. It's not fault from the Ostelzzz, just from the guest. Just an advice, maybe you can stick a sticker on the toilet like ”Do not stand while urinating. Thank you for keeping the restroom hygienic.”
The room was more spacious than I expected, with a lounge area where I could microwave food or boil water. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was a bit chilly, but the location is super convenient with beautiful historical sites nearby.

Hotel with a great location for exploring all of Milan; the metro is right outside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Luggage can be left until check-in and check-out times.
The stay was very pleasant. The tram station is just a 5-minute walk from the hostel, with direct trams to the central station, making it easy to explore the main attractions. There are also several affordable and good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. There’s a 24/7 coffee machine, and games like pool and foosball are available (for an additional fee). Overall, it’s a great deal for the price.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station. It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a supermarket nearby. You can take the subway from Milan Central Station to the Cathedral, or go to LIMA Station on Corso Buenos Aires on the other side, both are three or four stops away. The facilities are pretty good and the breakfast options are quite rich.
Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly, delicious food. And very friendly.
I'm traveling with my dog. There were no complications. What's more, I extended my reservation by a day. They gave me a discount for my dog's stay.
Highly recommended!!
Excellent choice.
120% worth the money!
Convenient location for the subway. Parking nearby. The rooms would need a renovation which could be achieved without excessive costs. The promotions have an interesting quality-price ratio
This hostel isn't in Milan's main tourist area, and the neighborhood feels a bit run down. However, I still felt very safe, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the metro. The hostel itself is quite large and well-equipped, though a minor downside is the lack of curtains on the beds, despite them being otherwise comfortable. There's no breakfast provided, but the nearby coffee shops in the morning are great and much cheaper than in the tourist zones. Also, there's a pizza place right by the metro station that's very popular and affordable – definitely worth trying!

AAnonymous UserThis is a very cozy hostel, tucked away in an alley, but it feels quite safe. There's a tram right outside, so you might hear some noise, but getting an Uber is super convenient. Most main attractions are just a 10-20 minute walk away.
The staff can be a bit careless. Even though they're friendly, having a man enter a female dorm room was a bit unsettling.
There's a kitchen available for cooking, and it's well-stocked with seasonings. However, the breakfast options are quite limited.

DDreamonskyI still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice.
However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training.
There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast.
When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything.
Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.
IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied.
If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone.
While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!
SSzn YiVery nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.
CcokelightRoom is good and clean, good location, 2 minutes from Turati metro station, but the kitchen facility is limited. There is free Breakfast which start at 0730 but i left early so no comment.
IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣The best thing about this hostel is its location, just one stop from Lampugnano Bus Station. However, I didn’t really like the hostel as it gave off a creepy vibe. The walk from the station is very quiet, though you can trust Google Maps to guide you. The hostel is tucked away in an alley off the main road.
The shower room has only a plastic cover, not a proper door, and wasn’t very clean. The room reminded me of a prison or rehab facility, and even the living room had an unappealing, old-fashioned style. The shared kitchen isn't clean.
Additional charges include €3 for a large towel, €2 for a small towel, €3.5 for using the washing machine, and €3.5 for the dryer.
