"The hotel is located not far from the metro and train station. However, walking in the heat is uncomfortable. A tuk-tuk ride through traffic costs 150-200 rupees, depending on how much you negotiate. The staff was friendly on the day of our arrival. They provided bottled water upon request, as well as cleaning supplies. The room was clean. There was a kettle and tea and coffee bags. Our room didn't have a window, which was a good thing because the street smells of urine and garbage everywhere, and you don't want to look at the trash and garbage. We had breakfast, but because we had to leave for an excursion early at 4 a.m., we asked for a lunchbox. The first time, they gave us a proper paper bag, everything wrapped in foil. But the next day, they ”got tired,” put the sandwiches haphazardly into the boxes, and put unwashed bananas on top of the bread. 😬 The juice box was poured and opened, and the spout you drink from was completely torn off. They shrugged their shoulders and said, ”Oh, it's broken, and they pushed it over to us.” 😯 We were outraged. One staff member went looking for a container and returned with a half-empty bottle 10 minutes later. Everything is slow and time-consuming. But they always escort you to your car or tuk-tuk. Excursions at the hotel are three times more expensive than elsewhere. There's no bargaining and no discounts. You can exchange dollars for local currency at the reception at a normal rate. Breakfast is served on the roof of the building. There's not a wide selection, but you can eat. The coffee machine, however, is from the 90s. It doesn't always make coffee and can make a double serving in one cup. And really, what's the difference? But if you don't like it that way, the machine doesn't care; it won't adjust to your tastes. Overall, typical India. The staff is friendly, although their information was inaccurate a few times. We arrived during the student protests, and many metro stations were simply closed. I couldn't find any information about this anywhere. Receptionists shrugged and just assumed, but it seemed very convincing. But in reality, you arrived, and the station doors 🚉 were closed."
