Always satisfactory If there is something broken, immediately move the room, always ask if there is a complaint or not Cool Like a cheap hotel but the service is great Always stay here if you are from out of town or anywhere else

Great value at a good price. While not perfect, overall I enjoy staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need something.

What stood out the most was the hospitality and attention to detail throughout the stay. The atmosphere was pleasant, the facilities were well kept, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.

The only negative point is that the aircond outlet piping leaked and flooded the floor for the past 3 nights, though i have complained it to the cleaner to call the maintenance / technical guy to solve the leaking problem.

Spacious room and comfort...limited breakfast buffet but it is ok since im on business trip

Dengan alasan kamar belum tersedia, baru bisa check in jam 4. Terlambat untuk masuk kamarnya, management diaturkan timnya agar bisa kerja sesuai SOP dan jadwal checkinnya

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

For budget traveler, the hotel is suitable and not far from the town. It is a walking distance to the main attraction. The room is clean and breakfast is good. However it is good if the housekeeping could provide the daily complimentary mineral water during our stay without we ask for it first. It will be excellent if the hotel ca provide kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

Good clean according to the price. Strategic location close to sudirman road and mall
