2-Star Hotels in Valencian Community, Spain

I liked everything; it was clean and quiet. You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend. I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush. It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel. District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

People are Ok… The staff are really nice and we have celebrated Christmas with the staffs.. But The pot (Capsules) are little different with the Images… it is what it is… just try a night then u will know, free advise

Best location! city centre and beach. Accessible to publ8c transport but everything is walkable. Very clean however the AC is quite not enough for the room to get cool enough during the day. Price abasolutely good for the budget it includes breakfast for 2.Me and my son are not that fussy with breakfast so the food choices was ok for us. Staff are helpful but can do with a liitle improvement with cimmunication. This female staff who doesn't look like a staff as she was not wearing a staff uniform. She was on a casual clothes with loads of jewelries and was very friendly to all the spanish speaking guess when I arrived at the breakfast room. Said to me ”what are you doing?” I was actually waiting for the kitchen staff who at that time was very busy inside the kitchen as I can see him from the little window ...I did not mind waiting at all but the female staff could have said ”how can I help you or can i help you? instead of saying what are you doing?? sounded rurde. Told her i am going to ask for more cups! but place location and cleanliness wise I highly recommend the hotel.

The people who work here are the best. They're so kind and helpful! Thanks a million to them for making my stay so enjoyable. The location of the hostel is unbeatable. It's situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the sights. Also, there are so many places to eat, drink, shop, and simply walk. It's very close to Valencia's biggest and best park. The rooms are exactly as they are in the pictures. They're tiny, but somehow no one gets in the way. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Hot water was also present, which is, unfortunately, not something you can always count on in Valencia. So, good job, Room Valencia. I'd like to point out some of the things they do here which are already rare at other places. First of all, you're given a towel for free. There is also body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. at the bathroom. The sitting area on the ground floor is cozy and nice. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and so on. All in all, it was a great choice to stay here while in Valencia.

Really enjoyed my stay at Oasis Country park, I had made a mistake by booking a caravan initially as it was cheaper, however I was to hot and I upgraded and paid extra for a brick bungalow with car park space outside extra cost but as I am disabled it was more convenient to have it there instead of the main car park outside the gate entrance. The Manager and staff on the park are very friendly and helpful. The Maintenance man there Colin comes from the UK but has been working there and lived in Spain for years. Very relaxing enjoyable holiday in the countryside with church bells ringing from the town of Rugat and the birds singing in the trees and cockerall in the morning to give you a gentle wake up call. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to Ronaldo and all the staff, and Oscar who always greeted you with a warm smile in the Bar / Restaurant.

The place is wonderful. The girls at the reception are incredibly nice and kind and are there to make sure you have a great time in the hostel. The location is convenient - not far from the train station, and the hostel is surrounded by grocery stores and things like that. The hostel is very pleasant to look at; there are curtains to close your bed, and everything looks new. I loved that there were a few areas to just kinda sit there or hang out. The separate bathrooms are a wonderful touch. I just had one problem - no matter what I tried, hot water wasn't working in the shower. I tried 2 to no avail. My roommate said she had the same problem, so it wasn't just me. If there really was hot water, and we were just stupid, I would recommend explaining how to use the shower. Overall, I had a nice time there.

It was my first time at Colo Colo Valencia and I love it. The self checking-in and check-out has very easy steps and fast. I arrived around 7pm and there was no staff (I’m not sure if is always like that) however I will highly recommend to have staff during the night as some of the guest where in the common facilities chatting loud with music at 2 am and I needed to tell them to stop which they did right away. Regarding to the cabins, the beds are very comfortable, with a good height and space, in addition a curtain to have more privacy. I haven’t used the IPad but it’s cool to have it available. The concept of the cabins makes the experience more private which is positive comparing to other hostels. The hostel facilities was very clean. I will definitely come back.

Wow great find! Stayed for one night passing through , excellent value, very clean, comfy bed and sound nights sleep. Great place to stay as Hostal Pensimar is a little off the beaten track, that is the charm of this place. Lots of buses and taxis if you dont have a car. The small town of L'Altet where the hostal is has a friendly feel , the locals ”Buenos Dias ” that I was greated with on lots of occasions was fab. The guys who run this family business are genuine, friendly and helpful I was very impressed. Would stay here again if in the area. Did not hear the airplanes at the airport when inside the hostal but outside I did, this did not bother me at all.
