"Not bad at all! It's quite convenient for a one-night stay in Palma's city center. The environment is clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The lockers can be accessed using the room key card, which is very handy. Just one minor point: the air conditioning was set quite low, but only a single sheet was provided, so it could get a bit chilly at night."

"We really liked the hotel; it's clean, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Ms. Vanessa, who helped us during check-in, also assisted us with changing to a room with a balcony! It's very well located, close to everything, and right next to the marina. There are shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach all nearby! 😊😊 I highly recommend this hotel. "The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin."

"Nice hotel in Figueretes, 50 Mt from the beach, with lots of services around (taxi and bus stop for airport, restaurant, markets, etc.). Walking distance to Ibiza port and slightly longer to Playa d'en Bossa. Hotel is nice, not new but with all basic services needed. Breakfast is reasonable for the price and rooftop pool small but amazing for relaxing and sunbathing."

"Well located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to help. Previously advertised as a pool there but this wasn’t open yet which is a shame, hence the 4/5 on amenities. Easy access on public transport too/from both Palma and the airport."
