"This hotel is great, it feels like staying at a relative's house in the countryside. It's a bit far from the shops as it's at the end of the village (but if you want to buy things or eat at restaurants, it's not a long walk). The location is fantastic because you open the door to beautiful mountain views. Right next door there's an activity area with a slider and ice skiing. It's not crowded, so it feels very private. There's also a waterfall near the hotel. You can spend all day at the hotel without getting bored because there are activities to do and beautiful views for photos. The hotel food is delicious, and breakfast is free. It's mainly rice porridge, eggs, pickled vegetables, and plain steamed buns. If you want other things, you can order à la carte. Hot pot is also available but costs extra. You can buy snacks or drinks at the hotel if you don't want to walk to the village shops. Prices are reasonable, and you can pay by QR code or cash. The rooms are in the same building as the lobby, so if guests in the lobby are loud, you'll hear them. I recommend booking a room further from the lobby if you want peace and quiet. The bed is wide and comfortable, not cramped. It's a heated bed. There's a hanger for clothes. There's no air conditioning in the room, but the weather is cold so it's not really needed. The only issue is when you're fully dressed, you might feel hot and uncomfortable, but it's fine once you step out of the room. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation with a curtain. The bathroom floor is a bit slippery, but the hotel provides slippers which help prevent slipping. There's no bidet spray in the bathroom, but the showerhead has a small sprayer that can be used instead. The bathroom has hot water, a heater, and ventilation. Towels are disposable. There's a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but no conditioner. If anything runs out, you can ask the hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive. You can book tickets for mountain activities directly with the accommodation. However, there's no signal on the mountain, so you need to bring cash or exchange money at the hotel. When going to the mountain, the hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service, and a hotel staff member accompanies you to guide you through all the activities, making sure you have fun, haha! It's very worthwhile. Overall, it's excellent. It might not be a luxury hotel, but everything combined – the location and the beautiful views – is well worth the room price. If I come again, I'll book here."

"For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me."

"Upon reaching Harbin Taiping international airport after a long flight the last thing we wanted to deal with was more hassles & spending more unnecessary money. So we were pleasantly surprised to find that the airport bus to the Harbin railway station stopped right in front of the Tianzhu Hotel! On top of that it is a genuine hotel with well maintained full facilities. The bedroom is very spacious & comfortable with separate sleeping & sitting areas. Being on the 18th floor, our room was spotless, far from any noise & overlooked the square. At night when the whole city lit up we enjoyed watching the spectacular scene just outside our window! The area is surrounded by lots of eating & shopping places so we were spoilt for choice. A plus was the staff who were always smiling, attentive & helpful. Truly a well managed hotel! Being a mere short distance away from the bus station also meant that we could easily visit Unit 731, Sun Island, St Sophia’s Cathedral & Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. We had planned to train to Mudanjiang, Hengdaohezi & Changchun so being near the Harbin railway station was imperative for us. Thank you Tianzhu Hotel for the warm hospitality which was the icing on the cake to our wonderful holiday in Harbin."

"This is the best Hostel that I have ever stayed in. The location is right on central street (the street that is in all the stuff to do lists on Harbin). It is also only 10 minutes walking distance from the Saint Sophia's church. There is also this mall 1 minute walking distance from the front door called Euro Plaza a 7 story shopping mall with all the food and shopping you would need or want. Apart from its rooms, the hotel offers a common area and free washer dryers for its guests both of which are very clean. It also has refrigerators in the common area that it sells drinks out of, I even saw people store their food inside the right most refrigerators because there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Harbin."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Harbin's 'Origin' Hongbo Square. The subway and bus stations are very close, and the breakfast is good — you definitely won't go hungry. It's also conveniently located near attractions, just over 300 meters from the Provincial Museum."

"Неплохая гостиница за свои деньги. Главный плюс — отличное расположение с прямым выходом на пешеходную улицу, всё рядом. Отель абсолютно новый, открылся в конце июля. Номера расположены на 8 этаже. Есть выбор из двух типов размещения: с одной двуспальной кроватью или с двумя односпальными. Из минусов могу отметить только очень слабый напор горячей воды в душе (с холодной водой всё было в порядке). В остальном впечатления положительные."

"The room's location is excellent, with a pleasant fresh scent and a quiet environment – surprisingly so, even though it faces the street. The bed linen was clean and hygienic, and the housekeeping staff were always on call. The service staff were enthusiastic and proactive in greeting guests, and the front desk receptionists were so cheerful it almost made me feel shy. The transport links nearby are incredibly convenient! It's close to Toutong Shopping Mall, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Grand Market, and other attractions, so there's no need to drive. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The room price isn't high, making it fantastic value for money!"

"The location of the hotel is convenient. It takes about 12 minutes to walk back from Dongyi Pedestrian Street. In the morning, there is a snack street next to the hotel for breakfast. The bedding in the room is clean and hygienic. I will stay here again."
