Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. All the staff were very forthcoming with all of my questions and even helped me in sending away a package. The public area and the room (including bathroom) were very hygienic and the cleaning lady passed by each morning. There is also enough space for luggages, backpacks etc. The washing and drying machines also worked perfectly. Although i didnt use it, but technically there is also fridges to buy drinks and go buy instant noodles. Very thought through hostel, i enjoyed it to the fullest :) (important to note for european visitors to harbin: prepare a charging adaptor, because in harbin mostly the outlet as depicted in the photo are used. But even if u dont have it dont worry! There are powerbank stations available in the hostel!) Overall a great stay! 🍀

The location was good but the room amenities are poor. TV not functioning even with wifi and hanger hook out of 6 only 2 available. 4 clothes hook broken and wifi connection not very stable . Over the room prices are reasonable except for the old and poor room environment set up .Front staff are helpful.

The location was great, 5mins walk from the Ha’erbin railway station. But you have to come out from the South side. If you came out from the wrong side, it’s a lot of trouble to go to the other side. The hotel is clean, new with all the necessary amenities. Even auto lockers are provided. Very convenient. They even provide ginger and Longan tea, as well as porridge at the lobby which are much needed in such cold environment. The WiFi was slow although the signal was strong. Not stable enough for international digital normads. Our phone signal over there was weak too. This hotel adjusts its own room rates from time to time, so it’s good to take note of the price adjustments and re-book for better prices.

The location is very near zhongyangdajie, and you can easily walk to most attractions within 1 km distance, the most popular morning market is also just a short distance away. The owner are very friendly and helpful, they are always ready to help, my glasses broke due to the harsh temperature, the owner offered to help with abit of super glue, and it works! Save my trip from being blurry all the time.

Great stay at 如家酒店 hotel. Best location along 中央大街street, the street is just 20m away from the door step of the hotel. The room is very clean, spacious, cozy and hotel gave us a room with a window, which was fantastic.

Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks.You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.

You can see it when you exit the train station, and it's only a two-minute walk away! And the airport bus is downstairs, which is super convenient! The room is also good, the heating is sufficient, and it is convenient to eat around, and there are all kinds of restaurants and snacks when you go out.

Great Location, near tourist spot, after arriving from the airport we stayed here for the night, the room is spacious enough for 3adult 1 kid and 1 baby, There is also a restaurant near the area the lady there is so hospitable and the food is affordable, Planning to book again but the Family room is always sold out😫 but anyway the hotel is clean and they also give my kid a special gift (I forgot to took a photo) but my kids loves it the chocolate, body heat pad & wipes, tissue and milk they really needs itthe service was good too everyone is smiling and very helpful

the owners were absolutely lovely, they fed us hotpot (火儿锅儿) and gave us alcohol all on the house. the hostel is right in the middle of town, opposite Zhongyang Street metro station with a direct metro to Sun Island, the Snow and Ice World and Heilongjiang Museum and a one minute walk to Zhongyang Street (the High Street) which is full of shops. two streets parallel to the north there's a breakfast market. the private rooms are pretty nice with massive beds, but they don't come with towels and my window didn't open. lovely atmosphere, lovely friendly people, great location.

秋姐 was very helpful in assisting us help to book our transport and recommended us places to visit thus making our trip very smooth. It felt like homely in the hotel. Very clean place.

We stayed. 2 night. The owner were all very friendly and helpfull. First day when we arrived, they have asked if we’re hungry and required food after the long journey from Harbin. One day prior to travel there, the owner already contacted me via wechat asking if our transportation has been arrange. Breakfast selection is porridge with pickle, boiled and steamed bun with is perfect before we heading to Bear Mountain for the snow experience. The bed is heated kang style and good supply of hot running water. Hot booking water is availabe for our intant noodle at all times. There is a wonderfull display of firework at night. We had a chance to see how dumplings/shiowmai were made from the owner.

We stayed from 24-26 of December 2024 at room 11. Owner arranged for transport from Harbin for 100 yuan/person. This is no Ritz, but it feels like your grandma house, warm, inviting, big, homely and very clean. It was the perfect Christmas. For someone who lives in the city like Singapore, this is a perfect getaway for a couple. Definitely an experience you must try once in your life especially with this inn. You get to feel the warmth of the community and see the way the village come together to solve problems. The owners are friendly and humble, always ready to tend to whatever you want, no matter how late. Most important, they are honest and caring. Even after we left, the lady innkeeper made sure to ask her son 小田 to check if we have any problems going back to Harbin from snowtown. It is 15 minutes from the snow valley town centre, but it is surrounded by all shops that you need. You get the experience of peace while having a choice of going to the town centre with the owners fetching you for free. The innkeeper's cooking is so delicious, you don't need to go anywhere else to eat, especially her special pork fried rice and cucumber. I'm still hankering for it after I have left. (Please request for it! It's not on the menu!) We went to snow town after and we really regret not staying longer. You can take a 2hour bus from snow valley to snow town and back again, last bus at 6pm for 100yuan. Highly recommend this instead of staying at snow town.

Hospitality was unmatched / unparalleled 7* 1. Owner helped us to book the bus from harbin to xue gu 2. When we arrived by bus it was almost 1245pm too late for the wu song ling activity which departs at 12 pm. The owner helped us to call and arrange and send us to catch up with the driver who will continue to bring us all the way up. 3. Ding shu (owner's dad) was the best! He brought us around at the wu song ling. Helped us take photos and videos! 4. Home cooked food at reasonable prices and portions were huge. 5. At night there were free sparklers and hot water throwing activity which was directed by ding shu too:) 6. Free frozen pears and persimmons 7. Next morning the owner helped us to book bus from xue gu to yabuli 8. The bus was at 630am but breakfast starts after 630am the aunties who cooked food help us to prepare breakfast on the go. 2 pieces of bread and 2 eggs. Things to take note of: 1. towels are single use disposable towels need to ask the lady owner for it. Actually she leaves it at the reception can self take 2. Hair dryers are probably shared use I saw some at reception but I never ask as I brought my own 3. There are ethnic costumes that you can borrow for photo taking 4. Frozen fruits are free to take at table in front of the reception 5. Frozen lake at their back yard that you can play. Snow play items are freely available too. Got a tube sledding area too! Ice bicycles are available on the lake. We didn't get to play as the skies were dark by the time we reach the accommodation after wu song ling and we left too early the next morning. 6. Bed is hard but is normal. And is electrically heated. 7. Toilet and bathing area is the same.

Shengshi Jiayuan Hostel is far away from Harbin Snow Town about 2 hours by bus 🚌 We went there from 30 Dec 24 - 1 Jan 25 📅 I recommend ⭐⭐⭐ to whoever likes to stay in a local place. It's a good place, not many people and a lot of things to do. Staff are very friendly, like family. You need to pay 400 Yuan to do activities and you will pay 50 Yuan to rent helmets and glasses for skiing. The first activity is to take a photo of the mountain 🗻, Second activity is to Ski 🏂( you can ski as many times as you can ), Third activity is to ride a Snowmobile, and 5 more activities (ride a horse sled and dog sled not included in the activity of 400 yuan)

The first choice for bringing children here. The snow field is very large. All the snow activities at home are free. There are snow rings, skating, sledding, ice fishing, snow drifting, unlimited play. There are also candied haws every day. If the weather is good, you can splash water to make ice. Hi, We stayed at Xuegu for 2 days 1 night. Both of the owner are super nice and treat us like family. We got to mingle with other travellers as well. The owner provided us with activities like making tanghulu together, wearing traditional costume and spilling the hot water in the cold season. We had so much fun with the free access to snow activities. The hotel provided free breakfast upon request; Muslims may request halal dish. There was one time where I had a late shower and requested for hot water, the owner was so nice to turn it on (quite far) just for me. I give 10 stars for this accomondation and services. Very warm-hearted family and easy to deal with. Thank you for the great hospitality, will definitely repeat the stay if we ever come to Wuchang again. Mira & Wida from Malaysia

The first time I came to Wuchang, the price was reasonable and the location was great. There were all kinds of snacks and restaurants downstairs. The decoration of the hotel was also very good. At that point of time, my China payment mode was not set up; we basically worked based on trust. His wife's cooking is delicious!! We have every meal there. We also had good chat. Driver 小赵 drives well and is very caring. He kept making sure we had enough to keep ourselves warm whenever we alight. Overall, this is really a good place to stay; with really good people. Highly recommended.

In order to enjoy the scenery of the north and the scene of snow falling for thousands of miles, our family traveled 6,000 miles to the northernmost town in the motherland - Mohe Arctic Village. In order to have a better travel experience, I searched for hotels with high ratings, superior locations and complete services, and finally selected Beimuju Hotel. This hotel really did not disappoint our family. It has a pure wood design, spacious rooms, distinctive design, and powerful heating in the house; the boss's family is friendly and has a good attitude, and the boss himself is also a good cook. The hotel provides free tools for pouring water into ice, and enthusiastically guides guests to use it. In the end, it helped us contact the return vehicle. The room was very clean, spacious and bright. My wife and I originally booked an ordinary twin room, but the boss upgraded us to a double room for free. We really felt the enthusiasm of Northeastern people! We also rented a tour bus from the hotel. The location is moderate, not far from the passenger terminal, Seven Star Square, Arctic Square, and the cruise ship terminal. It only takes ten minutes to walk. All services are in place. I felt good staying for two nights and left an excellent impression on the Arctic Village tour. .

The road was blocked by heavy snow yesterday, and the lady boss called to ask where we were and what time we were leaving. She also drove to the passenger transport center to pick us up.
