"The location is good, just steps from Paulista Avenue and the Consolação metro station. The apartment is small and simple, but it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is okay. The only downside was the shower, which was a bit tricky as it didn't have hooks for hanging towels and clothes."

"Facilities: This is a fairly new hotel, opened in 2014, but only 13 square meters. It's a very basic Ibis style room with just a bed and a desk. The hotel is quite clean. However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room. Rooms facing the road can be noisy."

"As reported from the beginning of the reservation, the hotel is in works, but this did not affect the accommodation in general. The size of the rooms is very good, all new. And the location is great! The only point of attention was that I booked 02 Standard rooms here on the platform that according to description and photos were couple bed. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the information of trip.com was wrong, there was no Standard room with a couple bed and only single bed. I had to present booking details, photos of the platform ad and reiterate that at least 01 of the rooms was essential to be couple. The hotel gave us then ”upgrade” at 01 of the rooms, but it had a whole disorder. And we stayed in very different room quality between the 02 bookings. I understand that a hotel from the door that offers the Belong Stay and a platform as referenced as the Trip should not have such a problem and generate disadvantage for guests/clients."

"I stayed in a suite for about $130, but it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff here double charged me. The room wasn't cleaned even though it was past check-in time. And it was very slow. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear the staff's noises and voices. The front desk staff was very rude and talked a lot. The price and service didn't match at all. I'll never stay here again. Please be careful."

"You actually get what you pay for it. And I think that the reception is very slow. They take a very long time to check people in and he’s usually only one receptionist. It’s a decent place to stay for a couple of nights at most. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very helpful and kind. This is my second stay here and I’ll stay again ."
