"Hotel recently refurbised. Centrally located. Pleasant to sit out on balcony instead of being coupled up in a room. TV didn't have local channels though but didn't find that out until morning we left."

"The hotel can check in by itself after 5 pm, but I don't know what caused Trip.com to not leave my correct contact information to the hotel, but a bunch of garbled codes, resulting in the hotel not sending me a notification message to successfully pick up the key. Fortunately, the hotel staff is still nearby. Hotel room facilities are far inferior to the domestic three-star, the price is very low. There are not many places to choose in the town, it will be one night, and it will never stay for the second night."

"Hi , YHA Fremantle Prison, Wow! What an amazing experience and im so glad i stayed here, and thankyou so much for being so accommadting and understanding , and well for letting me book with late notice and guided me to after hours checkin, and well the guy who was working after hours on the 31st May Sunday night,...... 💯👌🙏❤️ so welcoming and was down to earth, and made me feel good about the whole.stay and just a very calming presence and over the phone also , very understanding and reassured me to not stress and be safe and to get here when i get here. He was thankful i got there at reasonable hour, cosidering it was after 9pm , was travelling from the city and through the storm so it was 10.30pm maybe a little after 10.45pm,...... and so he was very grateful but very good about me being a late check in , as i rang to make sure i was able to stay without a passport. I.was very happy to find that i could book without passport 🙏🥹💯❤️👌 I had the best night sleep, the best shower before bed, the facilities were amazing and the whole experience was beyond my expectations and exceeded all my thoughts of what was to be. I cant thank you guys enough! I will be back! Im staying longer next time so i can explore the Fremantle Prison as i have wanted to now for many.of years and the canal tour also ive wanted.to always do. The grounds, the care , the information on history , on every wall, evey building, everything was to standard and presentation that was 11/10 👌💯 brillant! I am and was well impressed! And cant wait to stay again and with a little more pre planning and booking earlier on and having a bit more a plan next trip. As my stay at YHA was very last minute , and because i missed my TransWA bus back to Kojonup.....😏 And well my decision to go up to Perth was very last minute and decision made only 2 days prior to going , and so as it was last minute decision and well i had an idea of a plan of where and who to see while up there, as being last minute things always dont go to plan and so when those moments happened i just rolled with the punches and went with the flow of things, and trusted my gut instinct and trusted my journey and the journey in life i am and well was on while in Perth and so all roads had led me to where i was meant to be , and well all fell into plaxe and worked out in the end and so im grateful beyond words! Truely and honestly 🥹🙏❤️💯😊 Thanks again , and wow amazing stay! And highly recommend! Thankyou so much for the feeling of saftey also being a single female traveller on her own. "Great location at the heart of Albany, I drove so everywhere accessible, next door is a French patisserie, beautiful food and place. Good public parking, limited private parking (so dense I must give praise to those who parked). Despite the older infrastructure, it is well maintained and clean. I like how they ask for feedback. Good free pancake breakfast, coffee and first 2 slices free. Receptionist is live in, made it an easy check in at my late arrival."

"The environment is top-notch: The public areas and overall decor are very stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for photos. The hygiene is excellent: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk service was average: The staff at check-in were a bit cold and didn't offer greetings or explanations proactively. It was pretty much a 'self-service' experience. If you prioritize hardware and hygiene, you can book this place without hesitation. However, if you highly value service experience, you might be a little disappointed."

"It's a hostel with private room with shared bathroom. We can self check-in and they'll provide a fresh sheet and quilt. For a towel, we should ask first and they'll provide. The location is amazing and accessible with Transperth Buses. The hostel also has a massive shared kitchen with complete utensils. Will be back again."
