The waiters were very warm and friendly, especially thanks to the professional and enthusiastic Sommelier. The food here is also great and absolutely value for money. They also prepared a particularly delicious birthday dessert for my sister. We will definitely come back to this restaurant when we come back to Seoul!

The store itself is a traditional Korean diet, and also provides vegetarian dinners. We tried the lotus leaf rice set meal and the vegetarian Korean barbecue meal. They are very delicious. Even the elders who have been vegetarian for many years are full of praise. The price is about 200~300 Taiwan dollars after conversion. It is not too expensive. It is indeed a good choice for vegetarian friends in Busan. Remarks: Although the business hours are until 10 pm, there is an early nap at 9 pm.

这是一家有着自己独有风格的现代风韩食，有些菜品真的特别好吃，但是有些又特别难吃。所以我很想下一次再试试后下最终结论。不然这么武断的给出结论有点不公平。当你吃完油炸鳗鱼搭水芹菜黑醋调味汁和济州岛乐园你就会觉得值回票价。虽然冰糕和有些前菜料理的酱汁有点重叠，我不知道是有意呼应呢？还是？这家餐厅的菜品让人是又恨又爱。服务上，不断给我添加柠檬水的女服务员和撤盘的男服务员，都非常有经验并且很会察言观色，也尽力控制了不错的上菜节奏。只是可能是后厨有点混乱，有时候总是需要等菜。我因为坐在吧台可以直接看到后厨，后厨快20人，但是空间比较拥挤也比想象中混乱！环境上，餐厅是在主干道的路边，不难找，不过因为和Wedding Hall是一个建筑，所以厕所是用Wedding Hall内的厕所，真的是&ldquo;热闹&rdquo;无比，而且冬天出去上个厕所，冻死我了！内部装修总体来说还是不错的，虽然我的吧台雅座有点寒碜。周末中午的情况，餐厅基本满座，都是情侣和妹子们为主来就餐。而且能进入亚洲最佳50和摘下1星的餐厅基本不是最优秀的，也必然是有着稳定的超过主流同类餐厅的实力。

Mingles是首尔米其林一星&amp;亚洲50佳第十五位（韩国第一，超越罗宴和Jungsik），这样的荣誉在首尔餐饮界无人能敌！从江南区政府站出来步行大概十分钟到。一栋金碧辉煌的大楼，餐厅就在一层。提前预定的时候这家比二星的kwon sook soo好订，邮件发了立马回复，点赞！进去之后发现整体环境偏bar的黑暗风格。由于一人用餐又被安排到了吧台但还是那句话，吧台用餐的好处是可以看到大厨团队的一举一动。选择了最便宜的午市套餐，但整体感受下来还是一次很美妙的用餐体验前菜开始就很赏心悦目。装在蛋壳里的咸口布丁口感很微妙，越吃越上瘾呀～生鱼片做的超美，搭配翠绿的海草简直视觉盛宴。接下来的主菜都是以海鲜为主，不像kwon sook soo会有猪肉。整体的做法可以概括为：西化食材，韩国本土的做法。一份韩味十足的蛤蜊肉，摆盘却法风得很。又是很惊艳的定食套餐，自家腌制的酱菜依旧好吃，尤其酱牛肉强烈推荐。鱼子米饭煮得很棒配上海鲜汤，爽口无比。其实此时已经差不多饱了，但后续的两道甜品似乎更震撼！藏红花口味的雪葩，配上马苏里拉芝士，很有纽约的味道。独特的大酱口味冰淇淋搭配谷物，浓郁韩风扑面而来。每上一道菜都会很耐心地去做介绍，这道大酱冰淇淋解释了好久我才明白食材，但还是很佩服主厨的大胆创意。最后收尾选择了韩式传统茶水配马卡龙。总体来说比KWON SOOK SOO更加西式，但要吐槽一下洗手间是和大楼共用的，所以环境欠佳。临行前美女店长给我送行，还和她用英语交流了一会，很愉快。其实韩国人不是大家想象的那么不友善嘛
