Al Buco Preferito Tranquillage

Beautiful place. Very quiet when we first got there at 8pm but then really picked up and there was a jazz band on later, glad we decided to stay despite it being quiet when we first arrived.

Wonderful birthday dinner right on the Volare piazza with water view!  Excellent service and recommendations.  I chose the grilled octopus and tuna parmigiana appetizers and both were amazing!  The orrichette  and snapper were perfect!  Their wine selections were from local vinyards that cannot be purchased elsewhere which was lovely!   Prices were very comparable with other restaurants.   Worth the Michelin rating!

An absolutely must go place in Polignano!! Out of the traditional, but unique atmosphere and quality of ingredients!
