I was very impressed with La Cime. The food was well prepared and the service was of a high standard. The staff spoke good English and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely lunch and I would highly recommend it to everyone. I would have included pictures if I could have and let the facts speak for themselves. The presentation and quality of the food was excellent. Although this is not a cheap restaurant, the prices are reasonable, especially for lunch. Bookings are a must but you will not regret eating there.

Hajime, this is my first time visiting this restaurant. It sounds like such a wonderful restaurant! If you are lucky enough to meet it, you will definitely feel this beauty. The presentation of the dishes here is so beautiful that you can&#39;t bear to destroy it. The taste of the food is basically natural, without any deep processing. You will see the original state of the ocean, soil, water, and plants in the early days of the earth. You will hear the sound of icebergs bursting due to global warming. You can smell the sweet smell of love flowing out. Everything comes from our dialogue with the earth... I hope everyone can use their love to protect our home...

2024 Global 100 - Fine Dining 

The flavor of the soup is particularly rich, and the taste of bonito is very strong; all kinds of grilled food are good, and the Iberian pork ribs are particularly outstanding, with a crispy surface and soft and juicy inside. They are the best grilled ribs I have ever eaten. The evening set meal costs 1,000 RMB per person, which is a conscience price even in Japan&#39;s Michelin three-star restaurants. ​

In a kaiseki restaurant, the appetizer of tofu sashimi has a special texture, as soft and glutinous as rice cakes, without losing the smoothness of local soy milk; the sashimi platter is very delicious, and the steamed egg with a long aftertaste is so slippery that it seems to slip out of the mouth. Bonito soup is the most delicious Japanese noodle soup I have ever tasted!

We had an absolutely delicious dinner at La Veduta. We were welcomed by the chef himself. After looking at the menu, we were so amazed by the chef that we ordered a 5-course dinner with wine pairing. The quality and skill of the dishes were amazing. Also, the sommelier selected very beautiful wines that paired perfectly with the food. What surprised us the most was that this restaurant is not a Michelin restaurant, but we heard that they want to get a Michelin star. In our opinion, La Veduta deserves a star!
