The taste of Hezha is very good. The bean fragrance of Hezha is strong. The native chicken stewed with yam, dry pot beef shreds, and Tujia bacon are all very fragrant. I love the sweet potato rice too much. It was originally a difficult task to clear the dishes of the set meal without eating, but I couldn't control my love for sweet potatoes. I was really too full. The average consumption here is 42 yuan per person, which is too cost-effective!

Searching for food in Enshi, "Zhangguan Hezha" is very popular. I heard that Hezha is a dish made of tofu dregs. It's unbelievable. When I came to Zhangguan Hezha, I saw that it was indeed full. If you want to eat tofu dregs, you have to wait. After sitting down and ordering dishes, I learned that this tofu dregs (Figure 7) must be available on every table, free of charge, of course, free is conditional. When dining at Zhangguan Hezha, you must order dishes according to the number of people. Each person must order one dish. We ordered three dishes including cured pork feet, and a portion of Hezha (free). Other side dishes and rice are all free. You can order any of the charged dishes as long as you can eat them. This is the first time I have experienced this form, a buffet with options? Let's talk about Hezha. The tofu dregs are cooked in the soup, and the taste of the soup permeates the tofu dregs. It's really delicious. The taste of various side dishes is also good. The main dishes can be selected according to personal preferences. It's a very interesting form. It costs dozens of yuan per person, seven dishes and eight bowls, no wonder it is so popular. It's best to experience it when you come to Enshi.

Zhangguan Hezha is a special dish in Enshi. You must not live up to it when you come to Enshi. Zhangguan Hezha has three stores in Enshi. One table only needs to order a pot bottom. It is a self-service form, with a variety of varieties, affordable prices and good taste.
