My husband and I were greeted at the door and it opened as we walked down the street and they brought our coats to our table.We are Canadian so I didn&#39;t expect to let them know in advance that I didn&#39;t eat fish and seafood and we told them when we arrived. No problem. The chef made me special dishes that weren&rsquo;t on the menu. The wine pairing was the best I&rsquo;ve ever had. It&rsquo;s as if wine is a sauce for food not just a drink that compliments food. It&rsquo;s amazing. They&rsquo;re good! We have friends in Stockholm and we plan to visit them soon. I have organized a trip to Copenhagen and we can return to Koefoed. We were there in April 2015.
