I read some Budapest guidebook and stumbled upon this wonderful little cafe. It was amazing that we went there for brunch. Sitting under the big banyan tree of the locals, a cup of coffee is a great way to start the day, it&#39;s a great place for a few of us to go and eat my Budapest.

Came here with my family and husband after coming to Budapest. We got this advice after asking for authentic Hungarian food from the hotel and we were not disappointed. I had beef stew, my parents had a beef potato cake, and husband wild boar stew. Bone soup, kimchi as an appetizer. Desert almond pudding. Everything was fine and the service was incredible. &agrave; was excellent advice and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Next to the Bank of China in Budapest, I originally thought it was a Chinese restaurant, but when I looked closely, I found that it was an authentic Hungarian restaurant. Came across this cafe by chance while looking for somewhere for breakfast. It&#39;s a lovely quiet location on a square, but it might get more lively later in the day and it&#39;s just opposite an Irish pub which seemed full of backpackers. The food and coffee were good. However, it wasn&#39;t cheap and we decided not to return for a beer in the evening as it was easy to find cheaper beer elsewhere. They also have rooms although they are also quite expensive.

My boyfriend and I popped in for a quick breakfast and we were greeted very well in English and they made us feel very welcome. The menu was printed on newspaper which was cool.&lt;br /&gt;My boyfriend liked a rich breakfast and I opted for a croissant with Greek yoghurt, jam and muesli. We both enjoyed the food and had a great cappuccino.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;While not the cheapest place to have breakfast it was very affordable for the UK and definitely worth a look and would highly recommend anyone to stop by for breakfast!

We stayed at the hotel and restaurant Gerloczy visited them for four days in September. Description of the hotel and restaurant as a French Art Nouveau boutique &gt; hotel and cafe &eacute;. Dolly&#39;s front desk staff is great. Patience, information, good communication. Restaurant Ma TREde and waiter couldnothave more acommodating and help. The aroma duck is the best ever. Crispy, wet, not greasy. There were a few times we ate other restaurants and we wanted us to return to gerloczy CAF&eacute;. I wish we could stay a little longer.

The restaurant with room on it, both departments are excellent. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; want Hungarian omelette, a lot of local flavors away from ordinary breakfast.
