The place, which at first seemed gloomy, turned out to be a real find! Incredibly delicious food, excellent service, but most importantly - everything in this restaurant is the work of one single person! He will show you around, tell you about the dishes, prepare and serve you. I didn&#39;t expect to find this in the center of Bruges. I definitely recommend visiting!

Lovely atmosphere and great food. The lobster was plentiful and very tasty. Chateaubriand was one of the best ever and cooked perfectly

Great food and friendly service just a few steps from the main square in Bruges.  Traditional style Chinese restaurant which is not overly expensive.

A rather disappointing dining experience. The restaurant seems to be targeting a premium experience, but falls short in many areas. The food was very bland and the source ingredients not very good quality, although not terrible, but I certainly expected better for the price. The food pairings were often miscalculated for example my smoked salmon starter was covered raw onion and chives, which totally overwhelmed the salmon. The &quot;champagne sauce&quot; on the on the Belgium Chicken seemed to be brown sugar in some kind of wine. The chicken itself was completely unseasoned flavorless.  Dessert was OK, but you will need to pay a 5 Euro supplement if you want vanilla ice cream on the set menu - what a joke!

We loved the food and also liked the wine, although our glasses sat empty from time to time. We liked our table on the mezzanine very much, with views over the whole restaurant and also the illuminated Belfort through the window. Service was charming but perhaps too busy to be fully attentive to us and we had to ask for the bill three times at the end of the night, which was a bit wearisome.

we had such a fantastic evening  we sat in library area great vibe great music great food great service  too    if we returned  to bruges we would definitely  go again

Very hospitable staff and charming space.  I didn&rsquo;t have ribs (had Irish Ribeye instead).  The steak was a little tough but tasty.  That said since ribs are the speciality, the staff insisted I try some and gave me a sample as well.

It was my 80th birthday and we had planned forcthis event in Bruges for many years. Mozart was the last of the restaurants we tried since its reservation fell exactly on my birthday, September 09. What a great place to be with the family and friends!! It was eery, happy, smelling as grandmom&rsquo;s kitchen and with wonderful and attentive staff!!the food?? Oh the food!! Oh the ribs!! What a great choice we made!!

Very nice restaurant ambience was lovely Food was fantastic and service was great Would definitely recommend it a lot of.people had the unlimited ribs which looked amazing. We had steak and the chicken skewer both very nice

Great atmosphere, very enjoyable steakhouse, great location w/ surprisingly cool decoration. very friendly and professional service. Nice beer selection.

Guillaume is an excellent place for a romantic evening out. It is small with a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious with  excellent depth to the flavours. We had a delightful evening. We understand why a small restaurant wishes the diner to choose in advance but we had difficulty translating. It worked out fine and if you want an interesting culinary experience this is the place for it.

Excellent!  Busy holiday weekend but the service was prompt, relaxed and wonderful.  the meal was delicious and well presented.  Recommend
