A worthy five-star restaurant! Service, food and customer attention are impeccable. The appearance and taste of the food come from various countries. We ate at the revolving restaurant on the 8th floor operated by Rausch Brothers Hotel in Pereira Sonesta and it was delicious. We even approached one of the operators to make sure they knew themselves that we were very happy with the food and service.

I have been to many places in South America and it was difficult for me to find a restaurant that would give me the idea to write a review. I came to Criterion because I shared dinner with business partners in different parts of the world who came to Colombia to visit. We all had an extraordinary experience. Service was excellent, restaurant clean, food delicious, Criterion advertised that they were French cooking methods and I think they were founders. Bubble-like cream and tequila blended as entrance. All the taste of desserts that were tasted stays in the mind. If you are on a business trip, Criterion is a great choice.
