Nha Trang is known as Vietnam's golden coast, hailed as the 'Oriental Maldives'. It's very convenient and affordable to fly from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. Since I just came from Ly Son Island, I didn't experience the Four Islands tour, but a three-day, two-night itinerary is enough to appreciate the charm of this seaside city, and all my friends think it's so comfortable that they want to come back again. ⛪️About the attractions: 1. Po Nagar Cham Towers. A Hindu temple dating back 1200 years, the light is good at dusk, and the red walls look even better. 2. Nha Trang Cathedral. We stayed at the Grand Tourane Nha Trang Hotel, which was quite good, priced at 200 RMB including breakfast, with a swimming pool, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. There are many other accommodation options to suit all budgets. 🎢About food and entertainment: 1. Avocado ice cream. You must try it, one cup costs 40,000, take away and get a 4,000 discount, with durian it's 50,000. Roughly 10 RMB, I ate it four times in two days, the taste is really good. I went to Kem Bơ Vfruit, their other drinks are also tasty and not expensive, highly recommended. 2. Tile-grilled barbecue. I went to 55 Tile BBQ, there are many places there, you can also find them on Google. Both the price and taste are good. 3. Coffee shops. There are coffee shops all over the streets, but some are not freshly ground. You can also try the American-style coffee made with Vietnamese local coffee. Highlands Coffee is a local chain brand, and the prices are not expensive. 4. Vietnamese pho. You must try this, there are many places in the streets at night. A bowl of beef pho costs about 40,000, a little over 10 RMB, with lots of beef and a rich broth, it's too delicious. 5. Massage. I prefer Thai massages, which are more cost-effective. But in Nha Trang, you can experience it, there are massage shops all over the streets, about 50 RMB for an hour. 6. Various Crocs stores. The basic models made in Vietnam sell for only about 50 RMB, and other styles are not expensive. Judge the authenticity for yourself, I saw many Koreans buying them. 🌛Other tips: 1. Withdraw money directly at ATMs. China Merchants Bank allows a maximum withdrawal of 3 million Vietnamese dong at a time, with a fee of 10 RMB per transaction. 2. Some shops accept Alipay and WeChat, such as the popular tile-grilled barbecue places among tourists, you can ask in advance. 3. At night, there are also many touts for shows and children asking for money, just ignore them. Overall, Nha Trang has a slow pace, is not expensive, and is suitable for a vacation. The city has its own character, with various colorful French-style small buildings that are great for street photography, suitable for city walks, and a five-day to one-week itinerary is feasible.
