It blends Nordic and Scottish maritime charm, with stone cottages, Viking history, and a stunning coastline. · - Sitting in the ship's dining room at breakfast, the view through the large glass windows was just too tempting to rush out. The gray stone houses by the harbor, the old Scottish-style buildings, the dark green lawns, and the ever-present British fog—it was like a painting. · - Of course, my favorite part was that it didn't cost a penny! Lerwick is a small town with a concentrated area of ​​attractions, making it easy to spend a whole day walking. Sharing this for those planning to visit later. 1. Lerwick Town Hall Victorian-era town hall, exterior photography is free. 2. Shetland Museum & Archives (Free) Exhibits the history of the Shetland Islands: models of Viking ships, fishing tools, traditional sweaters...
