Although the Hassan II Mosque is a religious site, it stands in Casablanca like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and Tiananmen Square in Beijing—the city's most prominent building. Its luxurious interior showcases the exquisite craftsmanship of Islamic architecture, a feast for the eyes. A trip to Morocco is incomplete without visiting the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca.

Casablanca's Miami Beach Boulevard is the most beautiful traffic avenue here. Driving along this avenue, you can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery and the magnificent sunset. You can also take a walk or exercise here in the evening, which feels really warm and comfortable.

This historic city located on the Atlantic coast of western Morocco is not actually called Casablanca. Its full name is Dar el Beida, and Casablanca is just another name. This is the largest port city, economic center and transportation hub in Morocco, and is known as the "Lungs of Morocco".

Although the square is not big, it is full of tropical atmosphere, with many pigeons, suitable for taking pictures. Because it is not far from our hotel, it takes only a few minutes to walk there. There are old people selling water for tips, but they are not difficult to deal with. They will also help take pictures and are very friendly.

Built in 1196 AD, the Sultan's ambition at the time was to build the world's largest mosque so that all the troops could pray here. However, due to lack of funds and frequent earthquakes, the project was forced to be interrupted, leaving only more than 100 unfinished minarets and the 44-meter-high Jacinto.

It was an accident to come to this church. We found it by accident while navigating. But we unexpectedly found that the church is really beautiful, especially the sunlight passing through the stained glass, reflecting the colorful light, holy and beautiful. Also, inside the church, the stories from the Bible made of stained glass are particularly eye-catching. Although it is a niche place, it is worth a visit.

There is a tram that can reach here. You can take Line 1 from the train station to here. If you want to go to the Fifth Square, just go to the next station. It is quite lively here. It is one of the city centers and convenient to the central market! We sat in a French cafe and drank coffee☕️ 159th day of marriage travel, 10th country Morocco
