"The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Lyab-i Hauz Plaza, which is very convenient. Since most of Bukhara's tourist attractions are concentrated around Lyab-i Hauz, it was an ideal spot for sightseeing. There's a convenience store right nearby, making it easy to grab water and snacks. In my room, the shower water was quite lukewarm, which felt a bit chilly. Also, the bath towels were stiff and rough. The breakfast was delicious and offered a satisfying variety. I stayed during the hot summer, and since I had some time before my train, they kindly extended my check-out time by a few hours for free, which was a great help."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. When I couldn't book my train for the next day, they actually did it for me! The breakfast was plentiful and everything was delicious. They even specially prepared some traditional Uzbek premium dishes for me. The room was clean, and I ended up deciding to stay for an extra two nights. It's affordable and the service is great. If I ever stay in Bukhara again, I'd definitely choose this place."

"The location is very close to the four towers, the room is not big, but it is very clean. The front desk brother has less words and good service. Before leaving, because it is midnight, he can't call the car. He helped us to get the car. It is reliable and like it!"

"The hotel in Bukhara truly made an impression! I'll start with breakfast – the buffet was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. It was a real pleasure to start the morning with such a breakfast. I particularly want to highlight the interior and design – everything is tastefully thought out, with a consistent style. The many pleasant little details complement each other, creating a special atmosphere of comfort and harmony. It's clear that a lot of heart went into designing this place. The cleanliness in the room and throughout the entire hotel was impeccable. The bathroom deserves a special mention: all the tiles gleamed, with not a single trace of grime or streaks, making it very pleasant to use. Among the small touches that immediately impress: they provided slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a generous three towels – no need to ask for anything extra. There was also shampoo and shower gel, a bidet shower, and toilet paper. In the room, there was a kettle and a refrigerator, and bottled water was provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortably cool despite the heat outside. They even carried our luggage up to the room, so we didn't have to haul anything ourselves. I especially want to commend the administrators – they were very polite, always smiling, and ready to help and advise on any matter. The service here is simply wonderful ❤️ The attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere, and attention to every detail truly stood out. After a previous experience in another city, this hotel was a real breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend it!"

"I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area."

"If I ever come back to Bukhara, I'll definitely book this hotel again. It's beautiful, clean, and right in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to pop back after a stroll. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, and the coffee is excellent (they use whole beans!). You can even buy drinks and alcohol at the reception."

I really liked the owner, Anvar, who helped us exchange money and took us to the center of the old city, suggesting interesting excursions. I definitely recommend this hotel; it has a very luxurious interior. If I ever return to Bukhara, I'll definitely stay here."
