"The hotel is lovely and the room is clean. The guys at the reception are very pleasant. There's a pizzeria and a mini-market right next door in the adjacent building. About a three-minute walk from the hotel towards the old town, you'll find a pharmacy. A taxi ride to the old town costs roughly 10,000-13,000 UZS, which is really cheap!"

"Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts.
The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep.
Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!"

I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area."

Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I’ve also added the places I visited while staying there. I have already added a lot of images to my last feedback if you want to check it out.

If you're visiting with the goal of seeing all the historical sights, then this hotel is definitely the one to choose! The location is perfect, and you won't need any transportation; everything is within easy walking distance. You can stroll leisurely, sit in cafes, and enjoy ice cream on a bench in the shade. The room is tastefully decorated, all the furniture and fixtures are new, there's a large TV, a kettle, water, and all bathroom amenities. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast – it's simply amazing how delicious everything is! I wholeheartedly recommend it in Bukhara! Afterwards, you can shop at the central market, which is right opposite, and enjoy shashlik and pilaf at the cafe at reasonable prices.

The overall experience was good, but the overall facilities are a bit old (perhaps this is the standard in Uzbekistan), and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage without an elevator. The service attitude is polite but not very enthusiastic. It should be noted that you need to pay an additional tourist tax of about 50 RMB to get the small white receipt, and you must pay in cash, which is different from what was written on Ctrip. I am a bit speechless.

Anonymous UserOur train arrived past 1 AM, but I'm so glad we chose this hotel. It felt like a tourist attraction in itself, and the spacious bathroom helped us wash away our travel fatigue. They provide shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes. I didn't see a hairdryer in the room, but I'm sure they would have provided one if I had asked. The free breakfast was fantastic, with freshly fried eggs (omelets were also an option) and fresh fruit. The cheese I tried for the first time was also delicious. The hosts and almost all the staff spoke English, which was very reassuring for us Japanese travelers. Since our train departed in the evening, we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and enjoy a full day of sightseeing. Although the hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the station because Lyab-i Hauz is very close, I highly recommend this hotel.

Good mini hotel, friendly administrators. A minking happened, it is not clear for whom reason, but it is all ruined.
There are breakfasts, cooking cashes, eggs, standard sausage cutting, east sweets, tea/coffee. If you stay at 2-3 night will not be tired if more, a lot of places where you can eat and even drink delicious coffee.
The street is a little noisy, with a sensitive sleep. The mattress is as tough as everywhere in Uzbekistan.
The fen is not in every room, but on request brought, hm, former.
In general, everything was nice, I recommend. Not expensive and pleasant. If you buy the cheapest fans for all rooms and sleep pepper in the peppers, there will be 11 out of 10.
