"Hotel itself is fantastic. Updated, Attentive & thorough employees, from cleaning staff to front desk, to valet, to security. They do however, have to deal with a lot of..... Stuff.... From ”the good old days”. You get MUCH MUCH MUCH more than you pay for, but your neighbors are paying the same price..... So you get their stuff too .... Which might reduce your experience. Noise from below can be easily cancelled out with earplugs from the Walgreens nearby. Neighbors will not be. But the hotel itself is top notch ."

"Amazing value for money. All staff we met were friendly , helpful and had a sense of humour. We ( my sister and I)got the basic room for a 2 night stay on a trip to see the Eagles at the Sphere. Location was perfect for restaurants to suite all budgets, a Walgreens to get supplies and most importantly for us a 10-15 walk to the Sphere. We were on the first floor, and although the decor was a little dull, the room itself was of a good size. It had a large king size bed ( as sisters we were happy to share the bed). The bed was comfy with lovely plush snuggly pillows -I had 2 good nights sleep. Bathroom was an adequate size with a decent shower and plenty of hot water and a good water pressure. The amenities that were in the room were great - little shampoos and conditioners, tea/coffee making facility with a separate little sink. A good sized fridge, that worked which was great to keep our water cool and there are ice machines on each floor. There was also a good hair dryer, a safe in the wardrobe, that had plenty of hangers and hanging space and there was also an iron and ironing board. Another bonus of the room was plenty of plug sockets and USB charging points. We used the pool ( private entrance) which was clean and had the comfiest sun loungers I have ever laid on. There weren’t many (8 I think) but the pool was quiet. There was also what looked like a disabled pool lift. Would we start again - too right we would!"

"Booked at the morning of check in day. I made 2 different bookings and it felt like the hotel is almost fully booked. They haven’t asked me for a deposit as it was fully paid. When I lived at the second floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. Sometimes there are plain around, but the noise is ok. But when I was on the first floor, the neighbors above were a bit noisy. Anyways, It’s always a great idea to have ear plugs with you. The hotel is sweet. Location is comfy to get by bus from the airport, but there’s no bus to the strip. So it took 20-30 mins to walk there. There’re stores and restaurants war the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Can’t complain!"

I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

It was a very cute hotel! A little old but the rooms were nice and the bed was comfy! The staff was extremely kind as well! The only issue we had was the elevator, one of the was broken and we were at the second to top floor so everytime we used the elevator it was a long wait then the ride down/ up was super long too. But it really wasn’t too bad over all! (I don’t have pictures of the Hotel lol)

We visited there on March 7-10, 2026. We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .

Annual trip to home city, and it doesn’t disappoint ! Still indifferent towards the red tone windows, so I put make-up on in the pool lobby lounge. Restaurant and reception staff quite well versed. Hot water and coffee machine in Lobby. Breakfast choices good, but the beverage buy simply prompts a tip for staff. Suggest give option to charge to room. Lots of banquets or private events going on. Sports TVs on the spot. Location best for my own purpose. Walked to 18b Arts District to see friends within 30 minutes. Souviniers shop 3 minutes. Local amenity shops within 2-5 miles on the same road. Mutual friends of friends were a nice surprise to run into. Late checkout was granted due to another room having a late-night disruption mid-sleep. Great bikes and art on display. Really col video in Lobby about the Ahern family and businesses. International ATM appreciated 😍 Suggestion: Those with local ID or residency can get a lesser room deposit. Aside, refund was fast for international banking upon checkout. Luggage storage very convenient. Cleaning staff nonstop efficient. Happy Chinese New Year of the Horse!

Easy check-in and check-out process. The location is good if you’ll travel by car as it is a probably a 15min walk to the strip if you’re not used to walk far. There’s a 24/7 restaurant in casino, pizza place and another restaurant which closes at 10 (but the kitchen closes earlier) and also there’s a 7-eleven nearby which is good.

The 2 king 2 bedroom suite was very roomy for our family of 4. To our surprise it came with 2 kitchens one in each room. There were some mystery stains on our ceiling and bed headboard but the things we touched and used were all kept very clean. Pools were refreshing. Great family atmosphere around the resort. Parking was rough in the evenings and late at night. We had to park outside the gates in a 2nd not enclosed lot.
