"The cleanliness itself was good, but the room I stayed in was a bit old. Although it had been renovated, the shower facilities were old-fashioned and not very convenient to use. I used to get free stay vouchers almost every month and often went, getting newer room types. This time, I paid for it myself and naturally picked a cheaper option, which led me to try an older room.
By the way, B across the street has merged with Four Queens, which gives more flexibility for playing, and one card works for both."

"Overall, I had a really good experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the cleanliness because it made the whole stay feel more relaxing and enjoyable.
The location was also one of the best things about this place. It was in a convenient area and easy to get around from. There were places to eat and other things nearby, so I didn’t have to spend too much time traveling. It was especially convenient for me because I had plans to visit different places during my stay.
The only thing I would mention is the price. The room rate can fluctuate quite a lot depending on the date and timing. Some days I felt that the price was very reasonable and worth it for what I received, while on other days it seemed a little expensive compared with the overall experience. "This was the first time I stayed in Las Vegas without choosing a hotel or casino. The accommodation was more like an apartment building. I expected the rooms to be dark because the buildings were all very close together. Surprisingly, the room had two large windows facing the courtyard. This made me feel at home, not in a business hotel. My room had a dining table, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, and desk. There were also plenty of USB charging outlets, which was very convenient. My only complaint was that the TV automatically disconnected from the internet before check-out time (11:00 AM). I had linked the TV to my personal YouTube account but couldn't unlink it. (When I checked in, YouTube was still logged into the previous guest's account.)"

885BJThe Grandview is my primary getaway. This is a property for people who are familiar with Las Vegas, and prefer the condo experience over the crampy feel of the traditional Vegas hotel room. I’m someone who males most the food I eat, so the kitchen is essential to my Las Vegas stays. The views of this hotel are very underrated, and the size of the room is just what I need for week long adventures in and around greater Las Vegas. If I could make any recommendations to the hotel it would be to try and do a semi-annual dusting, vacuuming under the bed, in the corners of the rooms, behind objects, and in the vents, like bathroom vents and any other crevices. The rooms tend to be heavy with dust, but this is not irregular in Vegas or anywhere else. But the rooms could use at least an annual deep clean. On the surface, it’s fine the way it is. But when you’re in your room for over 5 days, you start to notice how many things are getting missed. I wouod encourage the property to take some deep cleaning and dusting procedures a little more seriously going forward as dust layers are starting to form from years of neglect. Overall, this is still a highly rated hotel imo. Free parking and the pool is top class imo. 8.5+

Guest UserOur 11th trip to vegas and our 15th different hotel. First time we've stayed in Fremont street district and we loved it! The lady when we checked in was awesome. So friendly. No queue and no fuss. Dropped the bags, parked the car and we were done. Lovely big room with a super comfy bed and a massive tv. Lovely being so close to Fremont Street but far enough away that the noise and craziness doesn't bother you. You can walk straight out of the hotel across the walkway into California and then cross the road straight into Circa or into Binions. Literally five minutes to the action on Fremont Street. We both love the decoration and all the antiques inside Main Street station, very cool and completely different to anything else. Will definitely stay here again.

We had arrived early Saturday well before check in time and the service desk made it very easy for my wife and I to check our bags in prior to our room being ready, this was so convenient and much appreciated. The hotel was very clean however rhe elevators leave a. It to be desired, they could definitely use some sprucing up as far as cleaning goes and decor, several elevator doors were peeling apart and the floors were filthy.
Our room was adequate although when I was prompted to upgrade my room, it showed as being a king size instead I was given two queen size beds which didn't make much sense for my wife and I. Also, the bathroom inside our room was very bare and didn't offer a lot of space or any amenities which was very disappointing.
All that being said, we enjoyed our stay as this will become an annual trip for the Run for a Million Horse Reigning Championship at The Southpoint Hotel.

Guest UserThe location of this hotel downtown was awesome, close to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Booked a poolside room, took 30 sec to get to my room from reception area, very convenient. Staff always greeted me and asked if I needed anything. They do room cleaning starting on the 3rd day but let you know you can have your room cleaned anytime by contacting front desk before 12 noon. Pool area was nice, pool was refreshing, other people have complained about the night club noise but I didn’t hear any of that, but they do include 2 sets of ear plugs in the room. Great staff, great stay.

Anonymous User🌹✨We had an amazing stay at Cliffs at Peace Canyon! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home.
The pool was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was clean, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Las Vegas. The hot tub was also a great bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the property was, even though it was just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and parking was easy and convenient.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, especially for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cliffs at Peace Canyon to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Adjacent to Silverton casino. Surprisingly quiet. Grocery and restaurants nearby. In-room laundry, full kitchen. Easy access to major attractions. Only amenities are pool and exercise room (gym). Accommodating staff.
Unexpected ”facilities/amenities fee” assessed at check- in.

We visited there on March 7-10, 2026. We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .

Guest UserA fantastic hotel! Everything inside is brand new and very well maintained. There were no lines at the front desk, which made check-in smooth and easy. Parking is free, and there are no resort fees — which is rare for Las Vegas. A full breakfast at the restaurant is included in the price, which is a great bonus. The staff is very polite and professional.

Kyoka_I stayed for 8 nights in late June. I'd heard that Las Vegas summers are incredibly hot, so having such easy access to the Strip was a huge plus and made getting around a breeze.
The complimentary bottled water every day was a lifesaver, especially with the sweltering heat.
Having a casino on-site and a 24-hour restaurant was incredibly convenient; I could grab a meal any time without worrying about opening hours. Getting a player's card at the casino also meant I could enjoy an affordable steak, which was a nice bonus.
The staff were all very helpful, making my 8-day stay comfortable. This hotel offers a great balance of location, service, and value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance to visit Las Vegas.
