"I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay.
However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m².
Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement."

We are away from the noise of the city, at the intersection of nature and the sea, close to tourist destinations and the airport. We are at your service with our meeting rooms, spa and massage rooms, fitness room, Turkish bath and steam rooms and our restaurant with unique tastes.
"I had an unrefundable booking in this hotel. After my flight was canceled, I had to contact Trip.com to request the reservation and the amount. Trip.com The hotel management refused to cancel because of the policy of unreturned booking, and sent me an official message that the cancellation request was rejected and the booking was still in place.
Two days later, I could book another flight, and when I arrived at the hotel (two days later), I was surprised that the booking was no longer there. The hotel management told me that Trip.com had notified them to cancel the booking, and that the hotel had received no money for this booking. And the suite that was reserved for me was allocated to other inmates.
In other words, I didn't get a refund, and at the same time I didn't find a reservation on my arrival, and as a result I had to book two new rooms and pay extra fees from my pocket.
I still cannot understand how the booking could be “irrecoverable” and canceled, and then discovered when I arrived that the booking had already been canceled and no longer existed. It was a very frustrating experience that caused financial losses and great pressure on my family during my travel."

I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan.
And all of it, take two.
They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us.

The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport.
The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away.
The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends.
On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her.
The reception was very friendly.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

Guest UserThank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.
The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove.
Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle.
There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.
