"A beautiful 19th-century building in the heart of Krakow, well-restored with elements of antique decor. I must commend the breakfast: everything was fresh and of good quality, with a decent selection. The staff are excellent, working like clockwork – helpful and pleasant. High ceilings, huge bathrooms – this hotel definitely has a unique charm. The stained-glass window above the magnificent central staircase is a highlight. I only booked for a few hours due to some *********** quirks, as a temporary option before my main hotel, but next time, Pollera will be my primary choice. The prices are also very reasonable. The magnificent theater building across from the hotel is stunning!"

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"I really love this hotel! The location is fantastic, right across from the train station. The hotel facilities are excellent and very new. The room was spacious and clean, and they provided pajamas, slippers, and toiletries that smelled amazing! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast spread was generous. If I ever come back to Krakow, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Used this hotel as a base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas over 4 nights. Everything about this hotel was spot on. Only minor criticism is the availability of decaf coffee and tea (but several herbal varieties). However this seems to be a common issue throughout Poland."

"Excellent, modern hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied, with items always replenished promptly when they ran out! There's a snack bar downstairs that was open even late at night. Another plus is that for a small extra fee (50 PLN) you can access the spa center with pools and saunas, shared with Doubletree by Hilton hotel. On the downside, the price is expensive, and the hotel is somewhat far from the city center. Sometimes we had to wait longer than usual for a taxi. However, if you prefer public transport, there's a tram nearby - 15 minutes and you're in the Old Town. Overall, an excellent choice for Krakow. I think we'll come back here again. ::: Отличный современный отель. Очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, всегда вовремя пополняли заканчивающиеся продукты! Внизу есть снек-бар, раюотал даже поздно вечером. Еще из плюсов, что за небольшую доп.плату (50 злотых) можно посетить СПА-центр, с бассейнами и саунами, совместно с отелем Doubletree by Hilton. Из минусов, цена дороговата и то, что отель немного далековат от центра и бывало что приходилось подождать такси дольше обычного, но если вы предпочитаете передвигаться на общественном транспорте, то недалеко ходит трамвай — 15 минут, и вы в старом городе. В целом отличный вариант для Кракова. Думаю, что приедем сюда еще."

"Old building, old rooms. The overall decor colors made it feel dark and gloomy, not refreshing at all. We arrived late at night, and one of our rooms had an indescribable smell – either sewage or stale smoke and alcohol. I went to the front desk to change rooms, and the staff was quite good about it, showing us an attic room. My husband is tall, so we declined, but luckily my friends said they could take it, so we swapped rooms with them. The attic room was newer than the downstairs one, but on a rainy day, water actually dripped from the window onto the bedsheets. We didn't bother complaining because it felt useless; unlike in China, they wouldn't offer any compensation. Also, the bathroom in the room was tiny. These tourist cities often operate on a 'one-time business' model – you stay once and never return. The hotel breakfast was decent though, and the location was a highlight, very close to the Old Town and the main square. However, if you have high expectations for accommodation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere."

"Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight…… 1:15 someone came in At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking. The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly."
