"On a business trip to Mexico, a colleague recommended this hotel. The prices fluctuated quite a bit; sometimes they were above my company's allowance, but then subsequent nights would be cheaper. I stayed for over ten days, and overall, the price was reasonable. The surrounding area felt safe, with plenty of people walking around, which was reassuring. "Strange looking decoration, a bit cold and not cosy big room. The bed was rather hard and it was hard to shave with the horrible light in the washing basin. Didn’t like the surroundings of the hotel and it was hard to find a nice place to eat. Bring some earplugs in case you get some inconsiderate guests next to you or above you. I would not return here…"

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"The room was clean and the location was excellent, right in the city center. Syntagma Square is just a 5-minute walk away, and the hotel is right next to a metro interchange for lines 1 and 2, making getting around very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are a bit basic; there's nothing extra. The lobby has a few tables where you can eat food you've bought before heading upstairs. I was initially worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the weather here is quite cool, so it wasn't a big issue."

The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.

I really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

I chose this hotel because the reviews are extremely praised.
It's also .... Good. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture.
And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied.
There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ...
It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ
The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”

Good place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.
