The accommodation itself far, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, spacious, and meticulously prepared down to the finest detail. From the quality of the furnishings to the overall ambiance, everything was perfectly thought out. With its quiet, peaceful, and comfortable atmosphere, it offers a unique environment for relaxation. I absolutely must mention the pool. Throughout our stay, the pool was always sparkling clean; the water was crystal clear, and the hygiene level was exemplary. The fact that it was spotless at all hours of the day clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and unforgettable vacation, this is absolutely the right place. "Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !"

"A great guest house. It can reach both beach and bus station in 15 minutes. I thought it was convenient. The price is in line with quality. I went to the room and was pleasantly surprised. The room hostess has always been in touch and answered all my questions immediately. If there is a chance to come back here again I will definitely try here!"

"The hotel is perfect! The location is unbeatable, close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and most importantly, the Old Town! The beaches are also a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, a large TV, and more. The food is amazing; breakfasts are large, filling, and delicious. Everything is fresh and hot. The owner is simply wonderful, friendly, always helpful, and very responsible. I give the hotel 100 out of 10, I definitely recommend it, and I will be back!"

"Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English. Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working. If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price."

"Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."

"The view is beautiful, and there's a supermarket and Jaz beach nearby. It's perfect for those with a car! There's also a Chinese restaurant."

"Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."
