"A great guest house. It can reach both beach and bus station in 15 minutes. I thought it was convenient. The price is in line with quality. I went to the room and was pleasantly surprised. The room hostess has always been in touch and answered all my questions immediately. If there is a chance to come back here again I will definitely try here!"

"I extended my stay and really liked the apartment. It's spacious, has high ceilings, plenty of light, and features multi-level lighting. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The embankment, old town, cafes, and supermarkets are nearby. It has everything you need for comfort: dishes, a Turkish coffee pot, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine and detergent, and towels. If you're in the room, cleaning staff arrives before noon to pick up trash and ask about any needs. Check-in was easy, and the owner is always available on WhatsApp. I highly recommend it!"

Spending time by the pool was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to everyone. "I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips."

"We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. "The hotel was chosen on Trip by photo and location on the map. When they arrived, they were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, the hotel and its purity. In advance, the girls with the resepschen contacted through the wattsapp and clarified all our wishes (whether we need parking and when we come to prepare for our arrival apartments, as settlement with 15). Parking is located in the hotel itself and parking through the elevator (very convenient and nowhere to roll over the parking). We were met by a girl with the resepshen and told everything, showed, after a quick settlement (minute 5). The apartments are very large, clean and all fresh and clean. All you need for accommodation is (washing machine, cooking pan, washing machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, twig, smooth board, dryer). The location is very successful, when you leave the hotel immediately you get on the embankment with a large number of cafes (by the way in the cafe which in the hotel building is a 10% discount), as well as the exit to the sea. The beach is divided into two parts (with paid lying and just sand from a small galka). The sea is good, the stones are small (even taken corals were not needed). By the way, there is a pool in the hotel that is not crowded and is mostly free to swim. Every time you meet the hotel staff, they ask if you like everything and do not need anything. In general, positive, honestly, all a little better and cooler than on the photo in the trip) I definitely recommend visiting (sad that we have booked other hotels in other locations, because here we liked it very much)."

"We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!"

"Очень красивое месторасположение, большой бассейн с видом на горы и на море. В номере просторно, тихо, терраса с видом на море. Все необходимое есть. Но кондиционер очень старый, и плохо работает, ночью было жарко, от чего не выспались. Но к утру стало прохладнее, из за того, что жара спала. Есть крытая парковка для машины, что очень хорошо, машина стоит не под солнцем. Рядом есть очень душевный хороший ресторан."
