However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. "About 6-8 minutes walk from Chuy Ave (the main street here). Friendly English-speaking staff at reception. Good breakfast. It officially opens at 8am, bbut if you need to leave early, you can go in and eat at 7:30.am. I did that. Laundry is a little costly - typical hotel tarriffs (like 150som for a shirt, 100 som for T-shirt, 50som for underwear etc)."

"Really great facilities, bathroom was relatively clean and nice for a hostel. The toilets also had paper covers which I loved. However the rooms ran a little hot if you didn’t leave the door open and hostel wasn’t very social. Otherwise I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay."

"We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!"

"This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!"
