"About 6-8 minutes walk from Chuy Ave (the main street here). Friendly English-speaking staff at reception. Good breakfast. It officially opens at 8am, bbut if you need to leave early, you can go in and eat at 7:30.am. I did that. Laundry is a little costly - typical hotel tarriffs (like 150som for a shirt, 100 som for T-shirt, 50som for underwear etc)."

"Really great facilities, bathroom was relatively clean and nice for a hostel. The toilets also had paper covers which I loved. However the rooms ran a little hot if you didn’t leave the door open and hostel wasn’t very social. Otherwise I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay."

"We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!"

"This hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!"

"The twin room experience booked with friends exceeded expectations. The room is spacious, the two beds are spacing enough, the two people do not disturb each other, and the suitcase can be opened in tiles. The whole house is very meticulous, the bedding is brand new and soft, there is no smell, the mattress is moderately hard, and it is safe to lie down and rest for a day. The bathroom is dry and tidy, the hot water is stable and sufficient, and the air conditioning and cooling effect is very good. "I absolutely loved this hotel! I just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay that was convenient to various attractions. This place was very clean, the staff was great and I found the room cozy adn the bed comfortable. I work remotely and the wifi was great. For breakfast, you need to go to the first floor/reception to order it, and then go up to the third floor where it is served. I would have loved a buffet breakfast, but the breakfast was still appreciated. There are three breakfast sets to choose from. The room remains open after, so you can use the microwave and eat a meal. There are lots of bookshelves and seating places if you are feeling sociable. As an introvert, I liked that I wasn't bothered about room service and had my privacy. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. They also have a laundry service available, where they can wash and dry your clothes. The main sights of the town are maybe a 20 minute walk. I walked to Osh Bazaar on the other side of the city and it was about an hour walk. Overall, a wonderful hotel and one I would definitely return to."
